Agreed. This feels like groundhogs day. Everyone is excited we had a “solid draft” but looking back we’re going to say hmmm should we have traded up just a couple more picks for that Burden guy. Man he is a playmaker instead of getting Sanders who is playing 30% of the snaps. Remember Carter over Franklin last year, what about Kincaid over moving up a couple picks for flowers? Just one of these days it’d be nice to have some real weapons for Josh so when we play the chiefs in the divisional or championship game someone can actually come down with the ball and we don’t have to rely on some jag like sherfield, or an overpaid diva like Diggs or a TE to come down with a clutch catch to be the difference. Maybe just maybe we draft multiple young cheap weapons for our franchise QB like EVERY other NFL team that has their franchise QB does. I mean Love sucks balls but every year it’s 2 new weapons for that loser. Just give Josh some darn respect

Beane says I want to make it hard for someone to make the team on the D line, I want to get the best guys and make it competitive. ASK HIM “if what you said about d line competition is true, why don’t you ever do the same for the WR room? Do you think you’re giving Josh the best weapons to work with and choose from?…Just be honest and say, hey I’ve got a coach who loves the defense and we don’t care if Josh doesn’t have weapons because we’re going to bleed him dry until he can’t be Superman anymore. Posted this in the wrong group. Honestly didn’t do much research on Prather but just watched his 2023 highlights and I like what I see. He tracks the deep ball really well and although he’s not a speedster, he looks like he can get a little separation for such a tall guy. Not bad, although I have no idea what happened to him last year to make him drop to us here.

I’d love to see it at WR. But I guess we can do this years version of Claypool/MVS/Shorter/Shavers for the 5th spot 🤷🏻‍♂️

I think I’ll use the injury as the excuse 😉. He’s proven to be a downfield threat and had his moments with some clutch catches last year. I don’t know why he wasn’t on the field all the time but if Brady and Josh want him back I’d welcome him with open arms.

I’d bring back Cooper for the right price. He was off last year but I know what he can do as a downfield threat and he’s a team first guy. Hopefully he doesn’t care about the 💰
