  1. He's got a lot of promise, we haven't seen him play in prime time but he looks like he could be good and might take us back to the playoffs. We already know the guy we got in sucks & can't lead us anywhere but down.
  2. And Derek Anderson has a lot more NFL experience than Andrew Luck.
  3. I wouldn't hold out hope. Not sure about Dr. D, but I've gone a round with gugny before and there's not a lot of water in that well.
  4. What's with the hit & run bull **** by the two Demadrones? We should sick Crayonz on them.
  5. Certainly Obama wrangled his way through academia and up the political ladder, you can't deny he has a particular skill set that is very effective for self-promotion. My point is, Dr. D gave the impression that Obama is a rags-to-riches rising against all odds which isn't the case. He & his wife both come from middle to upper-middle class backgrounds. It's not like he had to try too hard pry the door to opportunity open. While securing himself power he's destroyed a great deal of wealth but created or facilitated the creation of little to none.
  6. Uh, No it's Romney that's running. Bush is no longer eligible. And do you have any kind of remotely meaningful policy analysis or is this childish tirade of name-calling and stereotyping all you have to offer.
  7. Obama hardly built himself up from nothing & has never earned a dime in the private sector. He has no first-hand knowledge of how business works. And honestly, dude, war on the middle class is just silly. What policies are you referring to?
  8. Oh yeah, he's rich & white. Must be trouble. You just can't argue with that logic.
  9. Ending the war on business would be a good start.
  10. Sorry, my answer is yes & twice on Tuesday.
  11. I'm curious how they broke down his attributes. He's not the fastest back, but he's fast enough. And he doesn't have Barry Sanders style agility but he is very elusive nonetheless. He's not one to plow through the line but still runs strong and breaks tackles. His hands are excellent, his blocking is superb, and his field awareness is elite. I wonder how well his Madden attributes reflect his skill set.

  13. Guys in their 30s are turning in pretty solid performances in the Olympics. You're right, it's the beating that wears them down and Freddy's taken a relatively light load over his career.
  14. I'm afraid you might be right. Every time interventionists fail (& they always fail) they dig in and claim that but for their failed policies things would be worse. Hell, even as their economic model fails all over Europe they only become more reassured that they need to double down on it. They were even able to convince a good portion of the country that the mortgage crisis was a failure of capitalism.
  15. Replace " you betcha" with "!@#$ me" and she's back in the game.
  16. That's his problem right there; he doesn't look the part. On policy he's pretty solid but on TV he comes off as a kitty. The media would devour him.
  17. Bob McDonnell. He's the man & will all but guarantee VA.
  18. When ACA kicks in you might need a good in-house attorney & I might know just the guy for the job.
  19. I haven't found a politician terribly inspiring in some time. Perhaps I've just become cynical and jaded, but as far as politicians go I like Romney quite a bit. He's not my ideal libertarian by any stretch, but he's a well-mannered pragmatist who doesn't seem to view political ideology too dogmatically. That's a big deal because he seems to understand how the economy works and has the intelligence & flexibility to handle situations as they arise with a measured & reasoned approach rather than a massive knee-jerk reaction based in some theoretical ideal. Personally I'd have preferred Rudy (but only if he promised never to again say "Sadam Hussein WAS a weapon of mass destruction") but I'm pretty happy with Romney as a candidate. He's far preferable to Newt, the sweater vest, John McCain, and the clueless tool currently occupying the office.
  20. Ain't that the truth. I notice this more as I'm going to more kids events & I see the most physically repulsive women with small kids - I always wonder about the guy who gave up on himself & settled for that. Although motherhood can do horrible, horrible things to a woman's overall desirability. The MILF is truly a rare breed.

  22. I think her face does the trick.
  23. Yeah, but it's one thing to label a guy as uninspiring, quite another to do like Lybob & try so desperately to substantiate a preconceived reality starring Mitt Romney as the evil, greedy robber barron who gleefully lines his pockets on the backs of hungry children.
  24. To each his own. For me those two barely cross the Fu€kability threshold. Although it would be gratifying to make Tina Fey go ATM. She seems like a dirty girl, I think she'd go for it.
