    It’s Beane all day. He’d been fired long ago if it wasn’t for Allen. Thankfully we have Allen and this could get turned around this offseason, if the right decisions are made. If we gotta stick with Beane and McDermott they better wake up and realize their philosophy on players doesn’t work.

    Beane is to blame for the personnel and McDermott for his ***** coaching staff. Time to move on. McDermott is a good coach but he’s peaked and he isn’t getting us over the hump.

    Johnson WIDE open for the first. Allen way off on his throws. The pressure to get the passing game going is getting in his head.

    Probably won’t happen. But what else would McDermott say mid season, “yeah, we are definitely considering bringing him”.

    We basically have the same receiving core as last year minus Hollins and Cooper who didn’t do much and added Palmer and our passing offense is significantly worst. Our receivers obviously aren’t great, but Brady isn’t the using them right either.

    Hairston is definitely a bright spot in the defense. Our secondary has been much better with him out there. His future is bright and he’s a playmaker. With him and Bishop continuing to grow I really like what our secondary can become.

    Brady’s got to go. He’s clueless when it comes to the passing game. Doesn’t know how to utilize his receiver at all. Calls the same ***** over and over again.

    It’s both and he’s coached himself out of a head coaching gig next season at least in the NFL. Unless something changes offensively I think he might be done here too.
