Love Me Tender by Elvis...first day at #1 was 11/17/56
-
Almost 300 guest book signatures, very few of them knew the deceased but all appreciated his sense of humor.

would be scary if New England got this guy......
Tommy isn't so terrific when he's on his back

Here's where i think the Bills should go in the upcoming draft, feel free to give your comments:
7-its a throw up in the air who we pick with these two picks, maybe well hit...well probably miss
Super Bowl or Bust
GO BILLS!!!
If we hit on your first 8 picks I don't really care about the 7th round...nice job, covers needs, adds depth, takes the future into account.

I think Crash Davis must have coached this kid.....

Just painful to watch. Kind of reminds me of what Bubba Watson said Sunday, My dreams never went this far!

I do recall seeinng several years ago he had been arrested for petit larceny, stealing cigarettes or something, seem to remember the article said it wasn't his first offense. If he's working in a health club now good for him. One of the best "value picks" the Bills ever made, 12th round draft pick, started for close to or maybe over 10 years.
-
Bills gave up a high second round pick and fifth round pick as well as next years #1 to trade back in to the first round, pick number 22, to get Losman. To trade out of 10 it will take more (much more) than this year's second and next years number one. As others have have said if Claiborne (or Blackmon) is still there the Bills better sprint to the podium, goal is to win this year!!

Pretty sure Warren Sapp also tested positive for pot before his draft, didn't stop him from having a great career. When a pass rusher with Fairly's potential falls to 13? you need to take a shot at him. As was discussed ad nauseaum last nite college kids smoking pot is not exactly headline news. Not much difference in teamates having beers or sharing a joint. 10 years from now I think the Lions will be happy with the draft.

Too bad, sounds like a great lady. Cancer sucks.
-
He's a huge success because he signed that initial contract and got all that money.
11M signing bonus, how do you blow that?

The date didn't make it, he's in the hospital....
CCrap, that article brought a tear o my eyes and I missed the sabres second goal. Lets hope the kid gets better, doesn't sound good. Swift is a class aact.

Offensively: ground and pound against that pourous defense and shorten the game...Brady can't produce if he's not on the field
Defensively: Harrass Brady all game..just go all out and send the kitchen sink..everyone knows once he's rattled, he can't get in a zone. We know they dont really have a good enuff running game, so just have the linebackers and safties help out with the intermediate passes and Tight Ends and we can sweep these guys this season;like we should have done last year
P.S. Draft Michael Floyd and stop playin around ( Jason Peters wz a converted LT TE for chrissakes!)
Quoted 3 other times and no one fixed it yet so I did

Interesting comments to that article (these days often more interesting than the article itself), particularly the one by a woman who was at WSU when Leaf was and who says he was an incredible jerk when there. Reminds me of the story making the rounds about Leaf around the time he came out when he allegedly tried to put the moves on some other NFL QB's wife, telling her her hubby was washed up and Leaf was the new sheriff in town or some such. I don't wish him ill, but what goes around comes around. Sounds like karma's whacked him, but good. If that story is true, it would be funny for him to run into that QB and his wife today.....
Just hard to feel bad for some people...Karma is a b!%(#.

Take the high road guys...
I hope he turns his life around in a positive way!
Hope for the best, but after posting bail for the charges this thread was started with, he was just arrested again today (Monday)

BTW, I find it interesting/convenient that Peters had a chance to face the Bills for the first time since leaving them, in Buffalo no less, and managed to get hurt the game before, and miss it. Coincidence?
no such thing as coincidence
-
Rough crowd.
BTW, anyone hear what happen to Generalissimo Franco?
Pretty sure he's still dead

As the Giants have shown, Brady can't pass from his back.

Anyone have the numbers that Stevie rang up on Revis this year? I remember the game in NY was one his best all season (minus "the drop" of course)
84 the first game, 75 the second
-
I just saw that on NFL32...and I saw it yesterday. I don't watch that show every day, but do they just re-run it? I thought it was new every day...crazy...
Not sure, first time I've seen it
-
Just saw Revis on NFL32. When asked who gave him the toughest time, mentioned Fitzgerald, Moss, Ochocinco, no mention of Stevie. Either he's trying to put the two games this year out of his mind, or he doesn't want to let someone he faces twice a year to let him know he's in his head.

It also still KILLS me that we lost to the damn back-up QB...not that it would feel any less painful if Simms had played, but there's just no reason we should have lost to that team.
especially when we beat them a few weeks earlier on their home turf with Simms at the helm...think it was their first loss of the season
Should have checked relentless first...this was the game that Simms got hurt in. Kelly and Wolford also were hurt in the second quarter on the same play, Reich finished the game. Giants were 11-2 at the time, not undefeated
-
I hate talking in absolutes, but it'll NEVER happen.
Mario Williams will never sign here either
-
Bills probably would have drafted Harrington at 4 if the Lions hadn't taken him...didn't do so well with that pick even though we didn't have the chance to strike out with Joey

Always take home game days plus the day after off...of course Sunday's don't cost a vacation day. Just to old to fake it through Monday, or in this case Friday, any more
