I'm sure I'm reading into this but did McD just not so subtly tell Shakir to play like a pro. Mcd was asked about Dodson and Van Roten coming in to play as back-up and said how he felt about them. Then went to explain that with the situation with Gabe and having people practice like they are going to play in the game. Video timestamped.

I was pissing off my neighbors yelling at the pick 6 in the 4th qtr. Anything can happen so we have to enjoy it while we can as much as we can.

I know we have a good team. I'm not just so high on them that it doesn't matter who we play (at least talking about it openly). That being said, I'm a total homer in the game day thread and will talk my smack there but not gonna do it to people that see I have a bills shirt on and say something to me about them in passing.

Sadly, I'm guessing most of the people there don't know who he is. Sabres 06-07 and Bills 19-22 have switched places.

I think most of us have been on the "well, maybe they can win" for so long that "oh yea, they got this game for sure" and believing it, is still a new thing. I'm right there too. I talk to other NFL fans of other teams and they are always giving praise and saying "oh yea, Buffalo is gonna smoke them" and I always tell them "you never know, it should be a good game". I'm hyped as hell for this team and want to scream it off the top of my building at work that we are the best but trying to keep it even keel. Or as coach would say "humble and hungry".

I do. Can't stand these prime time games. Making me wait all day on a Thursday and then 12 days for another game. Oh thank God, we play at 1 on Sunday. Ok, I'm fine.

I do think Hyde should have gotten a flag for that hit but will say this, if he wanted to hit that WR, they would still be trying to scrape him off the field right now.

I can understand why people don't like him with the bits that him and his crew do but I think he's actually one of the better personalities that doesn't just spew back what everyone else is saying and actually speaks his mind (right, wrong or indifferent).
