  1. I would not mind that draft at all.
  2. oh. i shoulda specified where i would take him in my original post haha. yeah as stated earlier in this thread i think he is projected late 2nd early 3rd anyways.
  3. So you are saying you wouldn't want to use a 3rd round pick on him?
  4. Set the NCAA Career Passing/Rushing/Recieving TD Record last night at 147. Later in his game He threw for another TD to make it 148. I have been real impressed with this kid as of late and would not mind the Bills giving him a look in the draft. And if you want to know something about his character, he was asked about the record after the game and responded with "That's secondary, it's all about winning." http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/news/story?id=4715306
  5. Sold Out. http://www.buffalobills.com/news/article-1...a6-ef46c5ee417c
  6. The Barenaked Ladies? Uhh...what? http://www.buffalobills.com/news/article-1...af-719f66c07c6b
  7. this deff turned into a trade/cut thread. which was not the intention of the original post. he very well could be a great back in a year or two. he does have the skill. but not this season. thats why i said bench him until he figures it out. he had it right his first season. started going downhill last year. and this year has been less than spectacular.
  8. Right. Tough year. Which is why I said bench him this year rather than trade. However if you look at the way he is running. It has nothing to do with the OLine. You even brought up Jackson being able to do it. Marshawn refuses to make one cut and go. On tosses to the outside he never turns upfield. He dances in the hole. Those are not good signs for his future.
  9. Regardless of my name on here I have always argued that Lynch and Jackson should both be on the field. Now I know Freddy only had what? 75 yards rushing today? But this dude is a great all around football player. There were a few plays that I thought Freddy was down but he was able to get 5 or 6 more yards. Then Beast Mode would come trotting on, get a pitch to the outside, and never cut up the field. I saw it twice with him today. And I don't even remember him out there much more than that (probably from the injury last week). He has been doing it all year long though. And I am FINALLY getting sick of it. He is arguably the most overrated back in the league. Argue "don't get rid of the pro bowl players" all you want. Watch the games. This dude is no pro bowl back. So this is me finally saying leave Lynch on the bench. Sign another RB as a back-up. P.S. Sorry for another Lynch/Jackson thread guys, I know it is getting to be like beating a dead horse. But those of you Beast Mode supporters will eventually see what many if the others on this board have been seeing all season long.
  10. Wouldn't really have to punch him I guess...a nice tap on the forehead and he would be down and concussed!
  11. I agree that if he wants to come back, by all means bring him back. But if not I don't know what we can do for the other WR spot. Are any of the ones on the roster good enough to be a number 2? Is Evans good enough to be a number 1? You are gonna need another guy there.
  12. Really guys? I'm gonna have to be the one to say it? ok...here it goes... FRED JACKSON FOR STARTING QB!
  13. Ten QB's are on pace for 4,000 yard passing seasons this year. In case you think you misread...TEN! Basically A THIRD OF THE LEAGUE. Our QB's, who at the beginning of the year were supposed to have one of the most dynamic reciving duo's PLUS one of the most dynamic rushing duo's in the league, are on pace for 2,682 yards. Really? I guess you see how bad our offense is when you watch. But for me at least when a third of the NFL is not only projected to beat you, but projected to beat you by at least 1,544 Yards...kind of puts it in perspective... http://espn.go.com/blog/afceast/post/_/id/...the-cross-hairs
  14. I honestly...like 100% honestly...could not have said that ANY better.
  15. Either that or Ralph doesn't actually care about the fans. They were able to threaten the Browns organization with not actually going into the game and this pressured their owner to make a change. The owner then stood on the sideline for this weekends game and after the Loss promised that changes would be made. And look at that...the GM gets fired... Why can't this happen in Buffalo?
  16. For future referance it is LeFevour. haha I had trouble the first few times too. But yeah I think LeFevour has the potential to be a very good QB in the NFL. A lot of people are skeptics with him playing at a MAC school so he doesn't get the toughest competition. But he's got a strong arm, knows what to do with the ball and he's mobile. I'm not big on Bradford. I don't know why but I just have a gut feeling that he isn't going to succeed in the NFL. If I HAD to choose between the high profile QB's it would be McCoy or Clausen. Possibly Locker but I havn't watched him play enough to judge. Between McCoy and Clausen I would go Clausen just for the fact that he is used to playing cold weather games. Oh and he has a cannon for an arm.
  17. oh you mean like the screen to Josh Reed wasn't catchable? Or I'm pretty sure there was one drop by TO that hit him right in the numbers. Those weren't catchable? Even the one he jumped for...I mean yeah he had to jump but it went straight through his hands. He is a future HOFer he absolutely HAS TO make that catch.
  18. 2 straight weeks in saying this. I will continue the trend in hope for a third victory. NO!!!
  19. As a ND fan I will tell you I would be thrilled to have Golden in a Bills uni. Like a few have said though I would rather have Floyd. Both are insanely good. The thing about Tate that hasn't been mentioned here yet though is he is one of those freak athlete type of players. Will do anything you ask him to and do it well. Weis likes to put him at running back a few times when Armando Allen gets tired. Looks good there too. Last season, I believe it was him, absolutely crushed a corner after an INT too. So I have reason to believe that if they wanted him to he could play D as well.
  20. Rochester is not actually a town. It is a city...essentially Buffalo on a smaller scale. I'm amazed that so few people outside of NY state know of Rochester. I have cousins from Rosenberg Texas that had never heard of it before they came up here either. If you do go to Rochester stop by Nick Tahou's and grab a Garbage Plate.
  21. Said it last week in basically the same thread. So I'll say it again and hope it works again. No.
