  1. Is this the NFL or the PBA? Are you kidding me? NASCAR pit crews wouldn't even wear those shirts. If you where at a BILLS home game and there where two men sitting next to each other, one wearing a Tom Brady jersey and the other wearing this god awful shirt, who do you think would get their A@@ handed to them first. I'm thinking the guy wearing the BILLS PBA shirts.
  2. Are you F'en serious? You can not think for a moment that Keith Ellison is better than Jerry Porter
  3. I don't think the weather would be a factor, he plaid at West Virginia. I agree with some of the other people, I just don't think his mind is all there after all the concusions and I think his confidence is shot. If you think JP and Trent had happy feet what would Bulger do with this line. The guy would not stay in the pocket to save his life.
  4. Thanks for the update, I wasn't aware of that. Just seemed odd that we where not there but this explains it.
  5. Can anyone confirm if the Bills where present for Tebow's pro day? It would appear that they weren't based on the information below. If that is the case the question is why? Maybe QB isn't as pressing to the front office as we may have thought or they have determined that Tebow isn't the guy no matter what. Carolina Panthers coach John Fox, Cleveland Browns coach Eric Mangini, Pittsburgh Steelers coach Mike Tomlin, New York Giants coach Tom Coughlin and Tampa Bay Buccaneers Raheem Morris were in attendance. So were Jacksonville Jaguars general manager Gene Smith and Browns president Mike Holmgren.
  6. With Grossman signing a 1 year deal with the Deadskins this may mean the end of Jason Campbell in DC. What do you think gang? Is Jason Campbell a fit for the Bills?
  7. WHY DON'T EVERYONE GIVE THIS JACKASS THE "BYRD".
  8. I didn't mean to imply that all players are in it for the money but let's not fool ourselves, that is the reason why we have FA. It's so the player can make as much money as they can, when they can. There are player that are in for the love of the game but for you to imply that "most" are in it for the love of the game is just, pardon me, STUPID. You can not be that ignorant to think that money isn't a factor. Why do we not have A. Winfield, N. Clements, P. Willams (and the list goes on)? Because they where chasing the money, just like "MOST" of the players, and I don't blame them.
  9. I am so tired of hearing that high profile FA's wont come to Buffalo. They will go where the money is, regardless. Last time I checked there are only 32 teams in the league which means there is a premium, regardless of the city and/or franchise. Must I remind everyone that Jame Lofton came to Buffalo. Oh, I believe T. Spikes was the most saught after FA who decided to come to Buffalo (because the fans are so great and wanted him). Wasn't Sam Adams the best NT at the time we signed him. There was once a LB named Bryce Paup who everyone was after. Where did he go? Thats right, Buffalo. Enough of the BS. Players will come here, history has shown us that.
  10. "No news is good news" is a saying that we use often and usually it is true. But, for the Bills, it couldn't be any further from the truth. As other teams around the league, and worst yet within our own division, make moves to improve thier teams, we find our beloved Bills just sitting on thier hands doing nothing. I'm not saying that we should sign every FA that comes through the door but for us not to give serious looks at FA's that can fill an immediate need is not acceptable. This week we saw Brady Q. and Jake D. part ways with thier teams. Why did we not at least entertain the idea. I am not saying that they are the answers but it is very evident that the front office sees something in Trend Edwards that non of us see. You have one of the leagues greates running backs of all time available on the cheap. Instead, it appears we are going to stick with the THUG as our back up. Last time I checked we need reciever help. Did Boldins name ever surface in the Bills camp? The Ravens got a great reciever for nothing. It is very clear that BILLS are prepared to do CRAP while other franchises make key moves and transactions. "No News Is Good News" my A@@! Look what little news is doing to our franchise.
  11. Did you think before you typed? Why in the world would the Eagles trade McNabb to the Redskins who are a division rival? Please save me the Bledsoe story, this is much different. There isn't a snow balls chance in hell that the Eagles will trade McNabb to the Redskins.
  12. I wouldn't be so quick to assume that we would use that pick for a LT. If we actually make the switch to a 3-4 we are going to need a NT. We are not going to out score many teams regardless of who our QB is this year which means that we are going to have to limit the number of points we give up. Without a big, fast and athletic NT we will be in big trouble in a 3-4 scheme. I would not be surprised if we do not use the 11th pick on a NT if we are unable to aquire one if FA.
  13. There is one thing that I never understood about our perception of ticket prices in Buffalo. I was home for Christmas and decided I wanted to catch a Sabres game. I purchased two tickets at a cost of $189.00. Of course I bought them because I wanted to see my home town hockey team play. It has become acceptable to spend rediculous amounts of money on Sabres tickets but when it comes to the Bills, us fans think we should be paying UB prices to watch our NFL team play. I really don't think the people of Buffalo would mind paying higher tickets prices, the problem is, Ralph has never required us to. Now don't get me wrong, us Buffalonians always find something to b*tch about, but that is just in our DNA. When it comes down to it, we will pay whatever is required in order to suport our beloved Bills. Just the same we do our Sabres when they ask you to pay $189.00 for two tickets.

  15. Does anyone recall how old London Fletcher was when he joined the Deadskins? He had 9.5 sacks this year with the Dolphins. Don't you think that we could use that production on our defense. Would you rather have Jerry Porter playing LB for Bills or Maybin? Exactly.... I think it would be a good pickup considering it is a position of need.
  16. My bad....I was thinking of Brandon Marshall. Still don't see the value in the trade but I will put my foot in mouth for the last post.
  17. Why would you trade evens to a division rival for a guy that has equal speed and hands of stone. This makes absolutely no sense.
  18. Let's not be quick to pass judgement on Maybin. With the Bills going to a 3-4 it is likely that he will convert to an OLB where he can utilize his speed. With him not having to get down in a 3 point stance, it will allow him to get around the corner much quicker. Now real question is, what will the new DL coach to improve his technique. I am going to wait one more year to form my opinion on this guy.
  19. I think it means that we have possibly seen the end of Schobel in Buffalo. The bigger question is, do the Bills go with Kelsey at the DE position. I think we will finally see what Maybin is made of. There is a good chance that he will convert to an OLB. I don't think we will see him down in 3 point stance at all this year which means he should be able to utilize his biggest stregth which is speed.
