Yay! Bass. But Daboll is again outsmarting himself. A terrible secondary, and we are trying to run on 3rd and 9 with our makeshift, not very good, offensive line, and oh by the way, an all-world QB? 😳😫🥺 -
Game day thread? Someone check on Hap.

The Chant for Josh. He's Here He's There. He's Every *******where!!!

Ah . . ., never mind. I'll just say, hard-pass on this idea. -
I have to confess, I did not like the idea of trading DJ. But, as always, McBeane has again shown that they know more about their players than I do.

As long as the Bills find Mike Gesicki and cover him, Tua will not have a "blow up" day. The only success he has had against the Bills is when he finds this guy, whom the Bills always seem to lose. He has had some of his best games against us. COVER HIM!!!!

Okay, I'll bite: This guy . . 1. Phil Haynes, OG, Seahawks Haynes was Seattle's fourth-round pick in 2019, and after beginning his rookie season on PUP due to a sports hernia surgery, he was thrust onto the field in the Seahawks' wild-card round win over the Eagles in Philadelphia. And he looked solid! He spent most of last season on IR with another injury, but he's healthy now and was dominant -- mostly against backups -- in the preseason. Plus, he tested like a highly explosive guard prospect at the combine. Or, this guy . . . Honorable Mention - David Moore, G, Browns Moore is a mauler with a natural center of gravity offensive line coaches dream about during REM sleep. He was just under 6-2 and 330 pounds at his pro day before the draft. After a dazzling career at Grambling State, Moore got a Senior Bowl invite and thrived in Mobile. He's not going to be the most athletic blocker if you're running a zone scheme, but he's quick enough off the ball to be effective on gap runs, and he's very close to being NFL strong already. Plus, no defensive tackle is going to get up and underneath him to drive him into the quarterback.

Q. Morris, K Warring, one of them ??? You may be wrong for all I know, But you may be right.

Of course they are, they want no part of the Bills offense this weekend. 🤣

I am hoping he goes to an NFC team: Carolina, Philadelphia, Seattle might be thinking they could use him now. But, it seems like Miami is hell-bent on getting him. If they do, they are still a mess of an organization--not sure his presence there makes them much better than his last year in Houston. One dark-horse candidate: the Patriots. You know Bill B has to be thinking, "this Jones kid is serviceable--we can cover for him with a good D, short passes, and a solid running game, but I can win big with a guy like Watson." And we know they have no moral compass in NE. Yeah, the more I think about it, the more I think NE could be a serious landing spot when all is said-and-done. (Note: I have no evidence of this, just speculating for conversation purposes.)

Agree. I guess his role as a super sub is valuable. But if he is better than a starter, start him! Maybe he is not???
-
Got it, thanks!

That is scary! 😫😱😳

Two notable negatives from Sal’s breakdown: 1 - 26th in Red Zone. That has to improve. 2 - 14th against the run. That is one mystifying, game-changing, play against the Titans. It will improve.

@Doc Is this a two (2) pick weekend? I have to admit, I totally missed that announcement last time.

One Thing You Still Want To See This Bills Team Prove?

That the Defense is legit. Last game raises questions. .... From there, win it all! -
10/18 MNF: N'Orleans Saints at Seattle Seahawks on ESPN
CSBill replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yeah, I had to think hard: "Kenny Stills on the Bills PS???" .... But yes he was. We should have activated him for the KC game 😆 -
Well, by in-line I mean lined up with the line as/with/near the TE position, and the slot (I was not saying he is one of the five o-lineman). Maybe I am seeing things in my head, but I think I have seen that a few times. Forgive me if I am wrong--nothing I'm gonna battle over.

Taylor Heinicke TD Ruled No TD! Why?
CSBill replied to Never NEVER Give-up's topic in The Stadium Wall
If I were a WFT fan, I would be upset. Actually, more on the play after this. Regardless, this is the right call, he just went down too soon. This entire sequence of events shows why you score when you can (at all costs, Tyler, even the cost of getting hit) and worry about the bruises later. Never "ASS..U..ME" we'll get it on the next play. I understand why, but it was just a bonehead play on his part. -
Kumero has been used a lot as an inline blocker. I think we'll see more of him and Gilliam, but Sweeney will be TE#1 for the next few weeks.

Come on! Don't be giving away our trade secrets.

Zach Wilson knee injury [sprained PCL, miss 2-4 weeks]
CSBill replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
The first one looks penalty worthy, if he was Tom Brady. The second one? Meh.
