  1. Ditto yours above. lol You don't like it because it's not sexy, which is fine. I don't see them taking RB in the 2nd and 4th, even if Gibson can be used as a WR. In fact, I am doubtful they take any RB in the 2nd, even though I have taken one there in mocks myself, but that will depend on their board, obviously. If there is an Edge or CB with a high enough grade, that's the route I hope they go in the 2nd. They invested enough draft capital in Diggs that they need to open up the passing offense and need a complementary back to pair with Singletary, not a 'RB1' like Swift, Dobbs, or Taylor, IMO. I'd like to see someone like Edwards-Helaire or Akers. I am okay with Gibson. Not a fan of Dillon. We are in agreement on Ojemudia. Thursday (Friday, really) can't get here fast enough.
  2. Good take. Could see a lot of 'high floor' guys taken, especially by less established front offices/coaching staffs.
  3. John Murphy has pitched a tent on air over Claypool on multiple occasions. He mentions him every chance he gets.
  4. No way. That's a HUGE overdraft. Still too high.

  6. That's like saying, "You don't sweat much for a fat chick..."
  7. Going from a mullet to a reverse mohawk. Either way you slice it, still awful.

  9. That is much more palatable than the tongue-in-cheek narrative I created. Patricia has proven to be less than a stellar HC and, if he takes over in NE*, that's not a scenario that worries me. Plus, Patricia might get punched in the face by Josh McDaniels, if 'the chosen one' isn't appointed HC. ?
  10. The Lions are a tire fire of an organization and Matt Patricia is an awful HC who will likely be gone after this year, IMO. So, if this trade were to actually happen, Belichick would get his franchise QB and then bring back Patricia at year's end to suckle at his teat once more. The talking heads would laud him as a genius and shove "The Patriot* Way" down our throats ad nauseam. Good times.
  11. 'Tommy Boy' R.I.P.
  12. It's hard to understandBut the touch of your handCan start me crying
  13. He's on my dynasty league fantasy team. I'd love to see him away from L'il Baker Mayfield and the perpetual Cleveland shite show.
  14. I was only 9 when Rich Stadium opened and I never got the chance to see anything at 'The Rockpile'. It may have been a 'dump' but I would love to have been able to say I was there at some point. I love history. Thanks to everyone here who has painted a vivid image for those of us who were never there. I did get to see the Sabres and Braves at 'The Aud' so I am thankful for that. Here is a cool video of War Memorial Stadium. No shots of the Bills and mostly baseball images but a cool look at a bygone era nonetheless.
  15. Like I said, damn near impossible. ? Six of those nine choices were agonizing for me. Bison was a very tough one for me and I grab it whenever I'm at my Wegman's here in town.
  16. This is damn near impossible, Kirb. #2, #6, & #7 are the only three that I could absolutely give up without missing. I chose to keep #1, #8, & #9. No way are wings and weck going and I have to have Weber's horseradish, if I'm using mustard. No other will do. #3 is the toughest of the eliminations for me but I can make a mean homemade pizza. I love me some Sahlen's but I don't eat a ton of hot dogs anyway so #4 was sadly eliminated. #5 was a little easier for me because Helluva out of Sodus, NY makes a very close French Onion facsimile. ?
  17. Every time I read/hear that, it reminds me of Jim Rome. That's the only way I've ever heard him refer to that city. I can't recall him ever saying, "Atlanta".
  18. This is exactly why teams don't fall in love with one guy "or bust". You'd think fans would've figured this out by now, too. Unless you're picking first overall, there is no guarantee that you're getting your guy. And how often does the team's vision align with your own? This isn't fantasy football.
  19. Nothing...I'm all for it! I don't think anyone ever beat the Bills selling insurance. ?
  20. I would not even be thinking Tua if not for his injury history but it is always there in the back of my mind. I would neither be surprised to see him become a star nor surprised to see him flame out due to injury, ala RG III. That said, my choice is Justin Herbert. The QB failure rate can't be discounted, IMO. Prove the haters wrong, kid...unless, of course, you end up within the division. In that case, may you be selling insurance within three years.
  21. Even with a mask...goooooood Lawd! ?
  22. I erroneously voted in the 'Do not know of anyone that has caught Covid' category. It may be semantics but I misread that vote box. I do not personally know anyone who has caught it; however, someone where I work (did not know them) has perished from it. I am one of the fortunate people who is able to work from home, as is my wife. We have been working from home since this started. She and our sons have pretty much been home bound the entire time. I am the only one venturing out to walk the dog and get groceries for the family.
  23. But just imagine Newton and Belichick exchanging wardrobe ideas. ?
