  1. Right here with this. Frankly, I don't think con-Vick-t should play another down in the NFL EVER again. Let him use the college education he was GIVEN to go make a normal living like the rest of us. If he failed to take advantage of that opportunity to get an education, tough. con-Vick-t is a scumbag through and through and if you think 2 years is paying his debt, it's a joke. about the only thing I'd pay to see con-Vick-t do these days is get in a cage and get his butt beat by some MMA guys.
  2. I don't know if I'd pick 2 rookies over guys with actual game experience in the NFL. Walker might have average feet but he's been on the field and seen what the play is like at this level. And I question how much the writer has seen our line and backups. how many times have these supposed columnists just spouted off despite their credentials without any real foundation. Like his comment about Brad Butler already peaking and offering no upside despite Butler is only entering his 4th NFL season. Sorry, I doubt Butler's growth is done after 3 years of ball at the NFl level.
  3. Exactly. We had Shayne Graham a few years back and we let him go for Mike Hollis. And I agree with the other posters, for what it takes for a franchise K, it's well worth it it for Graham. He's been the most consistent part of the team for years. Not to mention one of the few you never hear about in the news. Go Opie.
  4. Actually it might be: Drayton Florence 2009=Wil James 2008 I have to agree here. Everybody who thinks Florence is guaranteed a spot because they signed him this off season need to remember James last year. Despite being signed, he was outplayed and released. And If I remember right his deal was eerily similar to the one Florence received.
  5. Remind me when Kevin Williams played for the Bills? Sounds to me like somebody is reaching. Not to mention, if these Starcaps were readily available and even distributed in the Bills locker room, why didn't any Bills players test positive??????
  6. Ummm, you do realize he HAS BEEN WORKING OUT WITH THE TEAM!!!!! Basically he's been going the Lee Evans route, coming in, working hard and doing what he needs to do. Now it's time for the franchise to show they appreciate it. Unfortunately, they pick up Rhodes and give him money. But most are right, Jackson has no real choice. He can not sign the tender all he likes BUT eventually he'll have to cave and then hope he sees the field and shows enough next year that some team will be willing to give Buffalo a pick for him. If not, it'll be the same story. It's a shame really. You have a guy that showed up big for them last year, wants to be a part of the team, understands his role, and has more mileage left than some of the options they were looking at. He'd be great in a Kevin Faulk type role here.
  7. Graduated from Crenshaw High in LA? Maybe he's back up for the next time Lynch or Whitner go o.ut
