  1. I liked yours better
  2. Well this thread is only round 1. Gunners is day one. So, if the first round goes past midnight we cannot use gunners anymore he'll have to make a day two. But if we're talking about the draft during the draft and only round one then it stays here.
  3. Tipping pics is not allowed. Throw him in the pit. You know, one thing that surprises me is he is reacting. He's 4 hours ahead of us and he's not even going to tell us who the bills pick?
  4. I get it, it's not analytics though.. as you realize. It's insane that we did that I'm one of those guys that says draft a cornerback and a running back every year in the late rounds and always get an offensive or defensive lineman in the top four picks every year. I've got some weird ideas though if I was in charge, I would scour all of the college tape, look at every metric, and find a 6 ft 300 lb offensive lineman or defensive lineman that ran very fast and looks like he could be a big bruising fullback. I would draft him and then tell him he's going to be a fullback. Short yardage Downs I would have them in there and fullback. Short yardage Downs I might even put them under center.
  5. In the span of what, 7 years we went Henry Lynch, Spiller, McGahee, and had Fred Jackson, too. Oh, and traded for Bryce Brown and McCoy.
  6. If I was a moderator I'd so be tempted to put 5 minutes bans on people just for fun. Especially if they told me how to do my job...🫣
  7. The 2006 whitner pick was at my brother's wedding reception. I asked the bartender who got drafted so far - I remember the Bills hadn't picked yet. He came over and said "the bills picked a safety. Dontee Whiter"... I was like wtf. Then he handed me a list of the picks that I still have.
  8. i remember the night he changed his moniker. i think it was a rerun of the episode was on and it was being talked about somewhere in the shoutbox or a thread and he said "that's actually a good screen name."
  9. I know what you're saying but I can't believe we drafted . The first step and football instincts are good, except for when they're not. Beane really dropped the ball on this.
  10. Evaluating NFL RB talent from an NCAA pool is very hard. The smaller school guys are going to be even more overlooked. And the big time NCAA schools don't use the running back like the NFL does.
  11. Mitchell is insanely good and remarkable he played his career at Toledo without going elsewhere. People shied away from this MAC talent pool but that was a mistake. Unfortunately it's likely to continue or get worse as the portal has ruined small school college football. They're just farm teams now like juco used to be.
  12. This ^ + this v = The importance of getting a top tier CB I have knee jerk reactions on this because of Elam but if we had got McDuffie or Gardener (who's so overrated) it's pan out. We need to hit on a premium position and find the 3rd down 1 technique player in FA or later.
  13. How far away Oliver overdrafted?
  14. So, we mov up and a guy we can likely get later is who we get? Weird.

  17. Her nose is too pointy and elbows too wide. Hard pass
  18. Involuntary workouts? I've also wondered why athletes don't show up and just claim injury, soreness, or other factors.
  19. I never quit understand the skipping of these workouts but working out on your own. Especially because if hurt in an organized activity he is subject to coverage by the team, but if hurt outside of them he can be cut and forfeit his earnings as well as draw fines.
  20. The date was put back to 2018.
  21. I spoke to Pinto Ron about ChatGPT after a friend brought it up to him. For those that don't know he is a genius with programming, etc. He said this same technology was being used in the 80's and it's just rebranded stuff to seem advanced. It was a remarkable conversation.
  22. The latter first, per religion we are all flawed. I'm not insecure and opinions on my morality will differ. I don't know anyone that would ever describe me as insecure. Morality, id figure most would say I'm fine or ok. I don't think I'm better than anyone, I'm just another piece of the world. I post here because I have nothing better to do when I finish connections, the mini, stands, global, wordle, and the DuoLingo lesson for the day and work has free time so here we are... There is no reply to your bloviating that there is a dude in the sky who died for our sins, or some virgin who had a baby (maybe she was soaking???), or l ron Hubbard's space things, etc... religion is a man made tool. It's quite useful to many and I applaud those who choose to believe. Who am I to give a ***** or tell them their beliefs are wrong? Worship as you like, I'll still make fun of it because it's hilarious people get so caught up in religion like it's a sport or political game.
  23. uh. huh. long breath. there literally is no reason to reply to your message because you're incapable of criticism with such high moralistic values you hold for yourself as superior to the non believer. your good isn't my good. my good is not her good. her good is not his good. his good is not their good. their good is not your good. what self absorbed egomaniacal arrogance to believe you or anyone can make such decisions. you're taking exactly what she said to be about the Pope when she did not explicitly name him therefore she is trolling at worst or speaking of something else at best. hook, line, and sinker....every time. and even worse, Blehar whines that she likes to grab headlines and then jumps in feet first to grab a headline talking about it to be quoted about someone elses quote for a sensational headline. this is why we have trump and so many others. if people just shut up and did not feel the need to have their own idiot voices heard a lot of stupidity would die off. ignore those who do nothing but run their mouth, eventually they run out of air in the room.
