  1. This is getting weird. We have people around the country planning on headed to the game, or already on their way who may get stranded by idiotic governing to wait until the last minute to be making these decisions. I am leaving to come up tomorrow and if they decide on the way to change the game to Monday... What the *****. What piss poor planning to suggest that it could happen.
  2. You like me. You really like me. Then again, I could be the first person to ever be banned in person by you... 🤣 But seriously, too bad.
  3. i'll pick you up on the way through... meet me in washington PA i'll pick you up on the way through... meet me in washington PA
  4. Detroit is a much bigger city, but I don't remember all of the specifics. I think the decision has already been made by noon Friday.
  5. ya know, i'm actually surprised how many people don't know it but the home team generally allows access to the opponents by Thursday at the latest. Sometimes Wednesday. The advanced people go up early to make sure they know the technology, etc. this is usually a small crew. There is another crew that gets there either the Friday or the Saturday morning. They are making sure all systems are set up, all logistics are intact. Saturday night when the team generally arrives there is a group that takes all equipment to the stadium to an awaiting system setup for that team. Many teams bring their own tables or advanced equipment, as well. A few of us at work are talking about it with a guy here who was on 3 preseason rosters and 1 practice squad team. he was laughing at the idea that the game would be moved at this point - said if anything it'd be delayed until Monday.
  6. pittsburgh has their equipment already en route, their staff arriving tomorrow morning at the latest to prep everything. further, the coordination with law enforcement/security, logistics, hotel, etc would be incredible to change unless to a major MAJOR market. i am not sure cleveland could quickly host the game - hotels are an issue. i've spent years in supply chain and logistics - to get everything approved and organized is the biggest obstacle. everyone is cheering this game for a terrible blizzard like they have a vested interest in either: a) bad weather event b) being right and doubling down on the weather
  7. it's too late to change anything to move the game out of buffalo.
  8. that was 2 hours ago. lol the nfl is would have an incredibly difficult time moving this game at this point. they'd have to get that out to the teams almost now because transportation and logistics to get the team out in the next 4 hours is nearly impossible. we have maybe 1 hour to 90 minutes before it would be deemed impossible logistically.
  9. there always were and are contigency plans. he addressed this to garner clicks. his immediate post after this was teams were told games are to be played as scheduled.
  10. everything is anything until it is not. but it can be is.

  12. they're not talking to echo chambers. they're talking to others.
  13. the state of emergency is important to free up resources ahead of any weather incidents and cuts red tape.
  14. Yet, I'm still driving to Buffalo from NC and right up 79 to Erie Saturday.
  15. i don't follow what you're saying? i will be driving that exact route
  16. talking heads gonna talk ____________________ Upper deck tickets are under $100 now. Lower bowl tickets fell under $200 yesterday afternoon. Lower bowl between the 30's is below $250. By kickoff tickets will be $20-30 for upper deck, and $200 or less for all lower bowl. absolutely amazing given pittsburgh travels so well. tickets were at $400 on Sunday evening and that was a bargain for a playoff game against pittsburgh. for the first time ever i did not wait until Friday or Saturday to buy due to the thought that the steelers fans will gobble up the tickets and prices would only remain consistent and scarce to get a worthwhile shot. I paid $380 for lower bowl ticket in 135. double what it would cost tomorrow. Belichick even went for the 2pt conversion to avoid a PAT.
  17. put in Taron to the OLB position. Think 3-4 with Taron playing Sam. He would be covered and not required to play contain - therefor he is the nickel CB in the LB position closer to the LOS. The Will spot would/should be Dobson since is already Will and can tackle. Inside we put Spector who would be natural as a spy on the backfield. With 4 DL these guys should be able to freely move around the backfield for most downs. On obvious passing downs we can substitute Spector for Poyer. We have essentially been doing this all season at various points but more commonly of recent.
  18. the linebackers aren't neccessarily linebackers. poyer and johnson up in the box posing as linebackers would be worthwhile. infact, i like siran neal some this week because he is a sound tackler and i don't want anyone on defense hurt.
  19. we don't need him too much. let hamlin play.
  20. Bernard is a given. Poyer or Johnson in the box as a safety. Rapp can come in too, or play deep man.
  21. Play 44 defense. 4 DL 4 LB 3 DB The 4 LB's mix Spector/Poyer/Dobson. Even Klein to keep bodies fresh. We can get banged up defensively. Ford, Joseph need to be up. Miller, for his knees sake, isn't needed.
  22. To fall in love 😍😍😍
  23. This is the embodiment of male specimen in peak form.
  24. The Bills are supposed to win games not votes.
