  2. You'd have to either be intellectually dishonest, a hard core partisan or a true dumbass to be in opposition of requiring a valid ID to go vote.
  3. It really doesn't warrant a serious rebuttal. Your views are so out of the mainstream the only appropriate response is derisive mockery.
  4. I doubt it would happen, but if given the opportunity, you pull the trigger without hesitation.
  5. That's pure speculation. Let's put it this way, Cassel has shown the ability to have a season that produced 22 TD.'s, 7 int's, a playoff appearance with a trip to the pro bowl. Obviously his ceiling is higher than bottom 5. I'm hoping that there is a good honest QB competition between the three and may the best man win. Go Bills.
  6. Monica Crowley is a kook.
  7. It's not a marketing phrase, it's an attitude.
  8. I don't even know why I engage with some of you.
  9. Yes, but relatively speaking, the kurds are the most sane in the asylum.
  10. Ideally Iraq should be split up into three parts. The southeastern portion to the Shias, central western portions to the Sunni's and the northern region to the Kurds. The Kurds definitely should have their own land.
  11. Only an outright loon would consider doing such a thing. They are the only civilization in the middle east that approaches anything resembling a civilized western democracy. They are our greatest allies and the preposterous thought of not supporting them in a region filled with religious psychopathic extremists who wish harm on anyone who doesn't comply with their Sharia wet dreams is beyond baffling.
  12. We'll have enough room to do what we need to do to retain our players next year. Having said that, the $50 M (pre Clay, probably closer to $40M now including the projected increase in cap) that is available next year is a bit misleading though. That doesn't take into account Dareus, Gilmore, Cordy Glenn, Bradham and possibly Harvin. And there are others as well, and just these five alone will receive contracts totaling an aggregate amount of around $50M per year. But as some others have suggested, a lot of it depends on how you structure the contracts, but make no bones about it, if we retain (which I would certainly hope we would) all these players they will take up the lions share of what is available next year.
  13. Huh? This made no sense. What he's saying is that for a starting guard in this league, in his view he's average (I happen to believe slightly below) and for backup Guard, he's solid meaning slightly above average, relative to others. Not too difficult to understand.
  14. Why is everyone trying to change one person's opinion?
  15. True, but it cuts both ways.
  16. People are people, don't get frustrated with the opinions of others. That's all.
  17. I suppose this is the official Clay thread.
  18. As if the German's have the balls to stand up to anyone.
