The "issue" isnt any single player. The Bills as a TEAM need to learn how to consistently win. Plenty of games where the offense scores more than enough and we lose. Plenty of games where the defense is serviceable and we lose. Then you have games where we beat ourselves with penalties and just piss poor play as a TEAM. I still say the arrow is pointing up and I have a good feeling about the direction we're going in. Get healthy. Limit penalties. Play smart. 10-6.

It could be for sure. I'll keep repeating this until it sinks in: we're 8-7 in games where we score 25 or more since 2015. The Chiefs are 12-1. That's the difference between the playoffs and .500. This year we rank 8th in the NFL in points scored. 8 of the 11 games we've played have been against defenses that rank in the top 15 in Total Defense on NFL.com. All this with no Sammy, Woods gone, pretty much every other WR gone, and Shady missing games. And we're still 8th in points scored. Talk about having to do mental gymnastics to discredit TT. He has been the only constant on offense this season.

No it has something with defense and special teams being 2/3 of a football team. Why is this so difficult to understand? Why arent the saints top 10 in wins? They must not sustain enough drives either.

Kansas City beat Oakland 26-10 in Oakland earlier this year. How? Almost 200yds rushing and dominating TOP 36:45 to 23:15. We replicate that and I like our chances..a lot.

What we need to change is consistently win games where we score more than 25. If we do that we'll easily be in the playoffs or fighting for the playoffs on a yearly basis. Going into the Raiders game, are we more concerned that this offense will not come close to 30pts or that our D cant keep the Raiders under 30/35pts? Id be more worried of the latter.

The pass rush has kinda disappeared. Thank god Dareus is back. Hughes has not really done anything in weeks. I feel that Gilmore has been playing better lately. I think a concerning stat that i read somewhere is that the Bills red zone Defense is one of worst in NFL. I think the return of Dareus will help our red zone D. Though it didnt help yesterday.

Which game was it where Clay was 1v1 vs a DB and we needed a 1st down and he was unable to plow him over for a 1st down. Was it Baltimore or vs Miami? That play still stands out in my mind.
