I know what I would do. I'd appeal their rulings, get them overturned, or have a stay issued against them, then provide these judges with all the information they could ever want on these programs and orders. Dump 500 or 1000 or so boxes of documents and printouts, copies of every e-mail ever sent on the subject and tell the ass holes to go through everything and then get back to me 20 years later. Oh, and just for fun redact a lot of pertinent information so they need to go to court to force disclosure.

Over time higher courts will likely back the administration. But the injunctions are effective in blocking and delaying the agenda with little to no consequences. Really, otherwise what is the purpose of a ruling blocking the deportation of illegal criminal gang members? Do liberals believe gang members are deserving of their attention like other marginalized groups they claim to protect?

This article cites an increase in seasonal flu deaths and claims it's the result of disinformation yet provides no evidence or study linking the claimed cause and effect. Just the reporters subjective opinion. It's more likely the increase is do to cause of death reporting, the strength of this seasons flu strain, and efficacy of this year's vaccine. Plus the number of people exposed to the virus.

There's a lot to unpack here. It's been reported the CIA runs a series of biolabs located in Ukraine. What Russia and other adversaries are doing is monitored by intelligence services. In the case of the pardons, the issue is was Biden present and aware of the signing off on the pardons with his signature. Or was somebody else pushing the button and "granting" the pardons which would amount to forgery. That's it. Its not a question of constitutional powers.

Its obvious from his past activities this judge is waist deep in Democratic party plans to obstruct the new administration. We all know this is what its about. It will be interesting when the DOJ and FBI, now in the hands of the administration, dig up correspondence and communications linking the judge to other actors like the various legal firms filing these objections where he is the presiding judge and he ruled in their favor while conspiring with the plaintiffs. At a minimum its a clear conflict of interest and most likely a crime.

The point eludes or is evaded by some here. Its not the use of the auto pen by the former President. Its the contention that somebody other than the President auto-signed those orders without the consent or knowledge, or presence during the act of signing, of the President.

Its not all low wage because it takes a lot of engineers and technology professionals to run and support manufacturing operations. And tell that to China and other countries that have taken our industrial capacity and pharma production.

No doubt the circumstances of some of these deportation cases require further investigation. But mixing them together with defending narco-terrorists and foriegn criminal gang organization members isn't going to play well. The social security system, like any other process is not perfect. Every process has an error rate. They've made errors in the past and will likely make them in the future. So you can't take one random example of an error and conclude there's some systemic problem. DOGE won't be perfect either. But that doesn't mean its not effective in rooting out fraud, waste, and abuse. So there's one mistake highlighted. Fix it.
