It's so difficult to evaluate a lot of these QB's leading up to the draft. It remindes me of what Forrest Gumps says, like a box of chocolates.

What is better? 8 or 9 wins? do you really believe this team can win a championship without some serious upgrades at key positions? Hate to say it but 3-13 to me is better that 6-10 at least you have a chance in the draft to fix some of the past mistakes and get a freaking QB already!!!!

That's a lot of guys that need to step up. I wish I was as optimistic as you are, but I see us finishing dead last in the division.

Obviously there is no way to tell how this draft turned out for three years. My only complaint about the Bills drafts in recent years is that we seem to miss on the impact player with early picks.

Agreed, I hope this guy makes our team or another NFL roster. I saw him play in the Sec and thought he was solid a little suprised he was undrafted.

You should not be confused, the NFL is one of the largest Entertainment businesses in the world. If they want to sell me 4 club seats, travel to home games, the NFL ticket to watch them out of market, hats, shirts, jersey's, and all the other BS that goes along with that then yes they need to build a much better on field product..which is usually done in the offseason.

and the FACE of the franchise is now C.J. Spiller! It's a tough sell that a player that has not played a down in the NFL is the face of the franchise. Don't get me wrong I hope he is, but this could be another luxury pick at a bad time a la Willis McGahee.

Well what are the facts and the truth? That the new regime is different, in case you have not noticed Modrak still runs the draft process. So why should anybody believe that any of the players selected will have anymore of an impact than Whitner or McCargo?? So what they all are below average players..name one that you can build the franchise around or name the face of the franchise...None.

I don't really want Russell or Vick, but it obvious we don't have a QB on the roster today that will lead us back to the SB. So what the heck let's find that guy. He might be in next year's draft but we need to be bad enough to get a lottery pick to get him.

My point exactly the last real LT this team had was Wilford, where is the talent at key positions?? where is the talent from the last 10 drafts? RW could have scrapped the scouting dept and just looked a kiper's best available on espn and done about the same. Pathetic.

Look I know everybody thinks I am stupid and whining but I'm simply not buying what they are selling. I really don't know if any ufa's or rfa's would improve the team and quite frankly I'm sick of this team needing so much to compete. Until this year I had season tickets since 1998 and this team has not stopped the run since Pat Williams left, has not had a serviceable LT since Fina, QB since Kelly (maybe Flutie or Bledsoe count for a year)...and every year I buy in and support the team so they don't move but I've heard the same Sh*& for too long I just want to see something different. IMO this is not different. I hope all of the rookies turn it around but now this is past pathetic.
