  1. And **** stars. Wait...that would hurt...
  2. Now THAT would have been something. Seeing Poz karate chop Brady and Sanchez ...and our D-Line LITERALLY kicking ass.
  3. Definitely Steelers model. You could argue that the Colts are only good because of their QB. But the Steelers are fundamentally sound on all levels of the field. And their style of play would fit very well in Buffalo.
  4. Honestly, I was expecting Frazier.
  5. And Jim Leonhard of the Jets
  6. Being discussed here as well. http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/index.php?showtopic=106135 But for the record, wasn't he fired because he had control issues? That probably wouldn't work out too well with Hailey.
  7. Sorry I haven't had my coffee this morning...what does this refer to? Thanks.
  8. Nevergiveup, I just want to say that I appreciate what you're doing by posting here on this message board, and giving us whatever details you have. I'm sure most people realize this, but giving us this inside direction really puts your source (or yourself if YOU are the source), at risk, so Thank You Now let's all hold hands and puke. I have this sick feeling in my stomach...
  9. Sabres have actually had a pretty poor track record of drafting first rounders. They just happened to have hit on Tyler Myers
  10. Yeah I already posted that in the big thread. I find it hilarious haha. Apparently he makes dumbo decisions as a HC
  11. Love that quote.
  12. Everywhere I look says he excels in building run-first, pass-second offenses (which is exactly what we need). I dunno, I'm torn between my optimism and disgust right now.
  13. If it helps you all, firechangailey.com already exists! http://www.firechangailey.com/index.php
  14. It's some shrewd thinking. Really couldn't hurt though.
  15. Haha I think that clears it all up. He must be in a crappy mood...maybe he was expecting something today too?
  16. And also who he would bring with him on his staff (like defensive coordinator).
  17. Ahh ok. I was just assuming that since our base defense IS cover 2, that we DO play more cover 2 than a team that doesn't use it as the base scheme. If you're saying that most of his picks came from alternate formations and coverages, then wouldn't it be logical that playing less cover 2 leads to more picks?
  18. So NFC South beat writer Pat Yasinskas, at the bottom of this article, basically said that the Cover 2 makes it harder for safety's to make big plays, as they're restricted from freely roaming. He references Darren Sharper here. http://espn.go.com/blog/nfcsouth/post/_/id...er-of-year-vote So with that said...how good can Byrd be with a REAL defense???
  19. So with all this speculation on _________________ being our next HC, what about his son, ____________? Anyone think he'll be brought in as a coordinator, or even a HC with _________________ being signed on as a consultant of sorts?
  20. Well Leslie Frazier DOES meet Buddy Nix's requirement of having previous head coaching experience... He was the first HC for 9 years for Trinity College (now Trinity International University) and built the football program from nothing. Anybody have insight as to how successful he was there?
  21. lol yeah I don't trust anything Schefter is saying. Logan is our go-to guy!
  22. Ahh thanks for clearing that up I'm slowly, but surely, starting to warm up to the idea of Harbaugh as our HC. If he can help the Bills beat the Pats* like he helped Stanford beat USC, that would be a happy day . Especially if we put up 55 points on them...
  23. Didn't Harbaugh just sign a contract extension with Stanford through 2014? Not sure how existing contracts work when trying to sign coaches, so would anyone care to enlighten me? Thanks.
