    How old were you when you started "slowing down"?

    I seem to be busier and have much more energy now than when I was younger. I'm in my 50s and slowing down is not an option. I still have a lot of living to do.

     

    Besides, I told myself I couldn't die until the Bills win the big one!!

    I started slowing down in May of 2004 when I broke TWO bones in my foot. Since December of 2008, I have taken some mini steps to END this TREND and EXTEND my life!!! :wallbash:

    there are still some things not completed (the star, wall of fame, Tom Landry statue, etc). Supposed to happen before the start of the season.

    They better hurry. Saturday night is the last one until show time on 9/20. I attended the night practice on Thursday and still NO STAR!!!

    You are doing very good . Must of felt good to be back in Australia . Glad you had a good time .

     

    My blood pressure is very good after the last check up June 1st . Has me on a water pill and an aspirin a day . Had me do an echogram of my hart . That came back very good also .

    I do stay away from fast food . The only time that Helen and I stop is for an egg mcmuffin if we are traveling at 6 in the morning and that is only 3 or 4 time a year .

    Stay the course Mead!! It is just a process of ""Extending your Life"". The more you extend your life the more time you will have to spend with those Bills of yours. A new moto......Less pounds...More Bills!! :nana::)

    Greetings to all from "The Wonder Down Under". I had forgotten how beautiful the Sydney area is at this time of year. Also learning the rules of Rugby. Amazingly fast game.

    GREAT!!!!! Good to know that this new Australian Adventure is proving to be Awesome Again!!! Looking forward to a special Rugby rules topic on your return to educate us on this famous sport!! :unsure:

    I am seeking sponsors for the MS Walk 2009. In the past, TBD has kind of adopted me with astounding results. I know times are tough. I have been laid off twice since 2006 and was recently 'repositioned to part time' salary, but I truly believe we plant seeds with every positive thing we do.

     

    Any donation, large or small is greatly appreciated.

     

    If you have no money to give, or you have another cause you support, that is great. Send me a silent prayer to give me the energy too keep on truckin' ! I will be doing the 10K walk with friends, Mrs. Rock, my "kids", and five grandchildren.

    You are to be commended for your dedication to the MS cause. I started a walking program a few months back. A few weeks ago, I discovered I was doing a 5K each night. I will add you to my thoughts as I walk on the 2nd and 3rd!!! :)

    bout time they did something like this.......Not a bad idea have a few players come sign a few auto's....

    I think anyone who has the chance should go. Yes it will be CRAZY but I don't think the crowd would equal GAME DAY!! I went to my first draft party last year. The Cowboys held it in the Arlington Convention Center next to Jerry Jones' Taj Mahal. It was a blast. We had several early picks like you guys do to make it even more enjoyable! We even did voice votes on who we thought OTHER teams would/should pick. And.....yes.....just like NYC we BOOED when we dissaproved of the PICK!!
