Jauron would not have went young on the offensive line if he was not positive he would be coaching us next year. I am starting to believe that they knew this was going to be a rebuilding year from the start. The players like him because of the soft Training camp and gives Vets who don't deserve time of like T.O. The more I think about it Jauron stays, I hope I'm wrong I really do.

Letting Pat Williams go was the biggest mistake they made in the last 10 yrs. He even said so himself. He called the Bills front office dumb back then and it remains that way. He wanted to stay in Buffalo I heard from one of his boys. Tom Donahoe set this ogranization back and we haven't recovered, That maybe a very very close second.

the idea with Roscoe running the wildcat was at least he was a QB in the past and was a threat to throw it say on a bootleg or something...guess its a moot point because he might get cut when Hardy comes back as some as noted. Fred could block for Marshawn on goalline snaps, remember what he did in the SD game last year. I think the Bills would be better off without the fullback and let the backs pick the holes. Why the Bills don't use an unbalanced line in the run game surprises me as well....this is a copycat league ya know lol.

The reason for the post I remembered that Trent is a Drew Brees fan, I hope he was watching the game and learned some things about throwing the ball with a little faith that the WR's will make a play..... simply a joy to watch Brees play, think he is just as good as Manning and maybe a better leader of his team.

Rather has a coach with an ego than one who just plays not to LOSE. And damnit these guys earn megabucks on the field, if they are not smart enough to learn an offense get the dumb asses out of town and find players that can do it on the field and in the meeting rooms.

That being said you could make plays just for him that require less brain cells.... Reverses, screens things like that. Talented coaches find a way to get things done. We just dont know how to use what we got. Perfect example....Jackson should be the starting RB on Marshawn should be in goalline situations. This organization is lacking in coaching . as we all know

Thanks for backing me up on the fact that he had no real QB in Florida and he was trying to find one. I think he could make Edwards a better QB and at least has some experience calling plays in this league and would love to see him run a training camp old school like..with some vigor.

The reason why he had all those Qb's is because he was try to find one...... a coach is as good as his QB, did he really have a franchise QB is Tampa....umm no

For those who saw that great game last night between the Saints and Falcons... That was a fine game. Sean Payton really knows how to keep Defenses off balance. Plus it helps to have Drew Brees running the show. He is a pleasure to watch. Saints are really looking like a strong contender but I hope for their sake they are not peaking to early in the season. But there was a thing Gruden pointed out and I hope Trent Edwards and AVP were watching. Drew having faith in his wideouts. Chuckie mentioned that Brees is not afraid to throw into small windows. His WR's were covered but Drew put the ball were the WR's could still make a play on the ball. Notice I said they were covered, tight coverage but Brees still has the stones to trust his Wideouts to make a play. I think Gruden does an excellent job pointing these types on things out. He has been a nice addition to the MNF show. Man I think he could make an excellent QB coach for Edwards. On top of that too he would be a better OC than AVP and Turk combined because I know he would find a way to get Lee Evans or T.O the ball. I know that the possibility of him become the next Bills HC is slim to none but I for one would like to see what he could do with the talent on Offense.

Its hard to blame it all on Poz IMO Williams was playing very well before he got hurt and with him out teams are getting the O-lineman to the second level more easy than before and Poz is getting tied up to easy, he does not shed blockers well and take poor angles. This can be corrected though. Our LBs are the weak link in the Defense. Ellison makes alot of his tackles downfield. They should have keep London Flecther . Poz, London and Mitchell would have been a pretty good LB core.

I like Fred on returns too.. and I agree with all of what you said Maybe some of the posters here are correct in saying that once Hardy becomes active Roscoe will be let go It's a shame that the Bills never really figured out how to get him touches in the offense.

Edwards is the best we got.....and that's not saying much. Fitz did his job, he got 2 wins on the road, and for that I am proud of him. But any QB is limited by this piss poor coaching staff, really Trent and Fitz would be better QB's under better coaching, this problem we have is higher up, starting with Modrak and the Coaching staff.

This is another reason Dickie Boy should be canned. You have the BEST PUNT RETURNER in the NFL. He made a couple of mistakes trying to make a play or 2. Maybe he makes up for it by taking it to the house a couple of times to make up for it. God knows we need all the points from special teams we can get. But he cant make up for it if you continue to leave him on the bench. If you not going to use him just cut him and be done with it if he is not in your plans. Give him a chance to make a living someplace else. It would be fair to him because he has given you some TDs during his career. For the life of me I don't understand this, what the hell is he doing as your emergency QB??? Some people love Roscoe some people hate him on this board but at least he has something you cant teach.....SPEED. It is a shame what has happened to him and it is another example of weak coaching. OK I'm done ranting.

And who chooses the players? The coaches and the scouting department. This is an organization is below average and it shows the most against better teams.

Think the Bills have a shot at winning, wish the game was played today because of the high winds which would effect the passing game. But the Bills strength is the secondary. If they can control Daniels and Johnson they should be ok because I don't think Slanton will hurt us to bad. Bills 20 Texans 17.

I love the fact he called out T.O. and Jim is right, T.O. has to take advantage of the limited passes that come his way. For sure if Kelly was QB'ing this team he would have got in T.O.s face about it , something that this coaching staff seems scarred to do..... It's a shame what happened to Jim's son or he might feel different about coaching. That being said I hope he gets the money group together to keep this franchise in Buffalo because that is the only way I think the franchise stays here. And maybe that is more important than coaching at OBD.

If Jeff Fisher has an problem with the owner of the team it is ALWAYS a bad thing. If the Titans do the dumb move and fire Fisher at the end of the season Ralph should make him his #1 choice. You could hire Fisher head coach and GM, say for 7 million a year , with the money you save from dumping T.O. Just a thought ,you can keep Jauron as Assistant HC , take that title off April and just leave him as Special Teams coach.

I think Hawaii really got boned on the Miami move... I was lucky, back in 93 I happened to be in Hawaii, (thanks US Navy), and alot of the guys on the ship went to the game that year. The whole Island seem to be juiced about the game....now they have that beautiful stadium with not one NFL game to see,what a joke. If I was the commish I would have at least one or 2 preseason games there involving the west coast teams at least.

Ralph has some tact also..... Instead of have his Hall of Fame Ring thang on a week when he was gonna likely get booed ... He waits until the team goes on a 2 game winning streak so he knows the fans will be in a better mood. Lets face it NFL owners can and do what they what.
