  1. What were they doing playing football or rolling dice? You don't go 13-3 by luck.
  2. I think that statement is a little bit suspect because a given team could make a suprise HC hire from the college ranks and if that HC ends up with a losing record anyone could say...a coach that no one wanted. As far as Marv Levy goes, was he actively looking for a GM position with other teams to say that no one wanted him. And wasn't Jauron a HC in Chicago? And didn't the current GM give Jauron an extension?
  3. The other thing they don't understand is that no other team wanted to give the Bills a bag of fertilizer for Losman.
  4. Correct Jauron is not a bust. But Losman is an epic bust. A 3 draft pick bust.
  5. It made me wonder why everyone was laughing at Miami for using a 1st rounder on Ginn.
  6. Those scores are correct according to numerous sources. Do those scores suprise you? No me. Jim Kelly always struck me as being below average in intelligence. But as I said football isn't chess or anything close to it. If a player knows how to tie his own shoes he pretty much has the intelligence to play football.
  7. HAHA To be honest, even if those were the prices or even if it was free , I'm not sitting in a plastic chair in the rain to watch the game.
  8. To be honest, even if they moved up to 8th in the draft what difference would it make? Who did they take the last time they drafted that high? Whitner! Big deal!
  9. I'm happy he's leaving too. He was a complete bust.
  10. I'm not saying you did. But you are wrong when you say no one did. The Losman fan club most certainly did. They came up with the most bizarre football theory I've heard yet. To their thinking a QB ia still a rookie until he plays all 16 games in a season.
  11. Whitner isn't a key player. When was the last time you saw Whitner make a key play?
  12. Wonderlic scores: Leodis McKelvin - 13 Jim Kelly - 15 ( maybe they should call him dumbo instead of jimbo) As subhuman as McKelvin's and Kelly's wonderlic scores are, there are worse in the NFL. And Jim Kelly is a HOF QB! What it clearly demonstrates is that football is certainly not a game that requires any intelligence whatsoever.
  13. They wanted to say that Losman was still a rookie in his 4th year. Now suddenly a 3 game skid should get a QB the hook.
  14. I agree. If they lose monday night then they should tank it : 1. Put some of the backups or reserve players on the Oline 2. Put Losman in as QB so Edwards doesn't get killed. That should move them way up in the draft.
  15. Wait a minute. Are you forgetting that Losman has already proven that he is garbage? Since when is Losman going to win more than he loses?
  16. For people sitting in the endzone they miss half the game unless they want to watch it on the giant TV at the stadium. I don't need the TV at the stadium, I have my own TV. In fact with the money I save I could buy one hell of a TV . I'm just curious..... What do they charge for tickets at the stadium these days, I haven't been there in 20 years? What do they charge for parking? How much does a beer cost?
  17. 2006???? You better start to get current. It's 2008 and Losman is less than 8 weeks from being a former Buffalo Bill.
  18. For the most part you see far less than you can see on TV.
  19. Why do I want to be crammed into a stadium with 75,000 drunks, sitting on a plastic chair, when I can be comfortable on the on the couch drinking cold beers?
  20. It's going to be cold out there. I prefer watching it on TV, eating a pizza and drinking some beers. I never was able to understand why people like paying to see the game. With the money I save, I can but pizza wings and beers and still have money left over.
  21. Yes it is, and here is some more, because I need to set these Losman fans straight. Losman clearly insinuated that he is on the bench because his effectiveness was limited by the play calling. And he went on to say ... "it's not Trent's fault that things are the way they are" There is no mistaking that this is a weasel's way of saying....I should be the starter but I was screwed over by the poor play calling. When Losman says...."it's not Trent's fault that things are the way they are", he IS WRONG, it IS Trents fault, Trent intended it to be that way, he intended to beat Losman out of the job. That is what Edwards was brought in here for in the first place. They didn't draft Edwards because they were looking for a backup for Losman. They were looking to find a new starter long before the play calling that Losman feels put him out of a job even took place!
  22. I agree. I'm not at all impressed with the offense. But the defense is so bad that it might be a case where they are attempting to control the ball and run the clock. Difficult to do when you can't run the ball.
  23. Sully writes plenty of good articles. People don't like him because he isn't a cheerleader.
  24. Yes a soon as Edwards emerged you and your kind went into hiding. That's no secret and it was anticipated. Everyone here knows how obnoxious the Losman fan club was at the height of the QB controversy. People scummy enough to launch all those personal attacks simply on a difference of opinion on QB, are certainly not above denying it after the fact. Now just like the Rob Johnson fanatics they are all in denial. Are you about to tell me that it didn't exist on this forum? Isn't it funny to you that the tone of each and everyone of those JP fans has changed radically? Why has it? Because they ate their crow and their humble pie. No escaping that. They found out that the knew far less about the topic than they spewed. They proved to be no experts on QBs. They aren't about to raise their hands now and say....."yes yes I was one of those morons". Nope they're all in denial now! Liars and phonies is what they are, aided by a crashed hard drive!
