  1. Yep. Best-case scenario: they're annoying. Worst-case scenario: they're extremely dangerous.
  2. Should be interesting to see a lot of the guys here argue the opposite of what they believe.
  3. The best part? This guy has thrown parties for these very same kids several times before. And these morons go and trash the house.
  4. "Overly skinny?" You must be joking. The store sells pants up to size 14, which I think is on the lower end of "plus size." Unless she has no self-awareness whatsoever, I severely doubt that she felt no shame walking into a store that had no articles of clothing that fit her (I'm not counting accessories/jewelry/perfume/flip-flops). If I was fat to the point where some stores were not options as far as clothing because all the articles of clothing in them were too small, I'd be ashamed. And I'm a grown-ass man. I'd find what little self-respect I had left and use it to get myself on a weight loss plan immediately. But hey, maybe you and I are different. This idea that being fat in and of itself isn't or shouldn't be shameful is a poisonous line of thinking.
  5. Is missing the point an occupation for you or more of a hobby?
  6. BMI is only useful for a very small subset of the population. The young, the old, and the athletic are huge swaths of the population that can't rely on BMI to figure out their healthy weight. This girl is fat. And she has no business being fat. But she's what, 14? Don't treat a 14 year old girl like **** because of her size. Wait until she's 18. At 14, the fact that the store has no clothes that will fit her is more than enough to shame her for her size.
  7. Man, !@#$ your thread tags.
  8. Saw Styx a couple of years ago when they were touring with Boston. Put on a great show, though I think there are fewer original members of Boston than Styx around at this point (RIP Brad Delp). "Kilroy Was Here" was an awful album and deserves ridicule, but nothing Styx ever did comes close to "We Built This City" as far as pure suckitude goes.
  9. Hey, as long as it works.
  10. Just hit your damn kid. It's really not that hard.
  11. Because they're dicks. I'm sure you already arrived at that conclusion, but just didn't want to say it. They have nothing to gain by it except blowing up their own egos by thinking, "hey, if that God does exist (which he totally doesn't), IN HIS FACE!" In the Christian worldview, they have been deceived to the point where they feel the need to blaspheme a God they don't even believe is there in order to attempt to deceive others. They are wolves who don't even bother to get dressed in the sheep's clothing in the morning. And I've never seen these videos. What exactly do they say? I find it hard to believe that an atheist can honestly commit blasphemy of the Holy Spirit which, if I understand it correctly, refers to attributing the miraculous works of Christ (or the Holy Spirit) to the demonic.
  12. That is Not Funny. And yes, Not Funny is a proper noun.
  13. It took me a solid 75 minutes to really start liking that movie.
  14. This paragraph is pure gold. Summertime...and the livin's easy.
  15. The only one you've ever used before is #Not my fault. That was almost a year ago. Your obvious jealousy at my ability to rock a scarf sustains me. Yeah, so do I.
  16. What people normally don't realize (which makes them under-appreciate the sequels) is that Agent Smith is actually the protagonist of the series, whereas Neo and Co. are the collective antagonist.
  17. Not long, since Nazi memorabilia is banned across most of Europe (just another way that they're better than us, eh?). Golden Dawn flags, on the other hand...
  18. birdog, legitimate neo-fascist political parties across Europe are on the phone. They told me to get them in touch with the legitimate neo-fascist political party of the United States, but the line was dead. I figured you could tell them about how racist America really is though, so I'm passing them on.
  19. "What if OCinBuffalo still hasn't figured out thread tags?"
  20. There may be something to this. Tom doesn't have any children.
  21. Also this:
  22. Excellent post. Same to whoever mentioned "Needle in the Hay." I nominate "Second Life Replay" by The Soundtrack of Our Lives
  23. My 5th would be next year, but our class president died and I can't think of anyone from my class who would take the initiative to set something up. Don't think I'd go anyway.
  24. I'm sure this will teach us to just shoot our enemy prisoners of war and count them as enemy casualties. Right?
  25. I wanted to buy myself a new baseball glove from a popular sporting goods store. So I went to dicks.com.
