  1. I note that although the article says the PC will be on TV, it neglected to say which network will carry it.
  2. Spiteful Loner You are 57% Rational, 14% Extroverted, 57% Brutal, and 42% Arrogant. You are the Spiteful Loner, the personality type that is most likely to go on a shooting rampage. You are a rational person and tend to hold emotions in very low-esteem; not only that, but you are also rather introverted, meaning you probably bury any emotions you feel deep inside yourself. Combine these traits with your hatred of others and your brutality, and it seems that you would be quite likely to shoot innocent people in a rampage. Not only that, but you are also a very humble person--not a braggart at all--meaning you could possibly have low-self esteem. This is only yet one more incentive to go on a shooting rampage, because you wouldn't care if you died as a result. Granted, you probably haven't gone on a shooting rampage and probably never will, but all the motivations are there. In conclusion, your personality is defective because you are too introverted, brutal, insecure, and rather unemotional. No wonder no one hangs around you, you morbid, cold-hearted freak!
  3. This may help. General admission is probably the areas to the left or the right of the red seats, which are no doubt reserved for the moneyed alumni.
  4. The Maple Court is just west of the lot that's at the southwest corner of Mile Strip and Abbott. I forget what number that lot is. But it's certainly walkable, although it sounds like these clowns might not make it even to the road after the game.
  5. It's not exactly a huge sprawling edifice.
  6. Maybe he's on TSW somewhere. Wonder if he was CuttingDrewWithDignity.
  7. The only one within any kind of walking distance, according to GoogleEarth, is here. Looks like one of them places that has hourly rates.
  8. Bingo. Had there not been that big run on DLs prior to the Bills pick (which, besides taking off the board a number of players in whom the Bills were interested, almost guaranteed that Kelsay would fall to the Bills' second round slot since everyone who needed a DL had already grabbed one), the Bills probably would have taken a higher-ranked DL. Or at the very least they would have had a much tougher decision to make. As it was, they took a calculated gamble, not so much because they wanted to replace TH but because they knew they would probably get Kelsay in the second round anyway. Henry is gone not because he dallied with an underaged girl or couldn't manage his money. He's gone because Willis is better. In every facet of the game. Willis is bigger. He's stronger. He's faster. He has better hands. He's a better blocker. He's got to be smarter (which isn't hard). He's just better, period. That's why he's staying and that's why Travis is gone.
  9. According to Florio, if it worked out it was a TD move and if it didn't it was an MM move. Personally I think it worked out just fine. You don't see Shaw on another team's roster, do you?
  10. Ah. Personally I don't think either one of them is anything close to being a Bills fan. I bet they both rooted for the Giants in XXV and there's nothing anybody can do to convince me different.
  11. Pataki ain't from Queens. Cuomo is. Pataki's from Peekskill, just south of Albany.
  12. It made me think of Porky's. Miss Honeywell!
  13. And of course all of this has a huge impact on what will ACTUALLY happen this season...
  14. Of course, they probably relied on Schumer's offhand comment in putting that little nugget in the list. We still really have nothing more to go on than Schumer's comment.
  15. Unless they're on the road, I'm guessing at the HSBC Arena.
  16. There's still got to be a reason he went in the second round while the guy he backed up for much of his career (including in the championship year), Jamal Lewis, went fifth overall.
  17. What gets me is that Travis probably thinks Engelhard did a good job getting him an extension.
  18. Maybe so, but I think the question is more about what would happen if Tiger and Jack had switched eras. I'm not sure Jack would have done as well in today's era than Tiger has. But I think Tiger would have smoked everybody in Jack's era.
  19. Now, now. Cousineau ended up being the draft pick that brought Jim Kelly to Buffalo. I've got nothing against the guy! Flutie on the other hand...
  20. He's been tight with Jim Kelly for a long time, and I've seen him quoted as being a Bills fan. At the last VH show in Buffalo, Sammy dedicated a song to Hunter (who was right by the stage with Dad). And actually, if Roberts is "from" Buffalo, then Eddie is really "from" Holland.
  21. I don't care what color the ice is as long as the sweaters are blue.
  22. And I guess Bobbitt won't be bringing the ball.
  23. That would be quite a tailgate party, wouldn't it? Tim Russert, Wolf Blitzer, John Roberts, Eddie Van Halen, John Wayne Bobbitt, and Timothy McVeigh.
  24. Is Chuck himself really a Bills fan or does he just kind of have to say it these days now that Buffalo is the only NFL team in New York? I do remember this exchange during the Hillary-Lazio debate:
  25. While it would be fun, I don't think there's any way Roberts goes on any talk shows during the confirmation process. The usual shills will be out there instead. But Russert will certainly mention the connection.
