Week 5: Bills at Titans on Tuesday Night Football

Logan Woodside is backing up Tannehill. I had to look up who that was. I'm sure the Titan fans are actively looking up Matt Barkley. -

Could force them to eschew the FG and go more on 4th down. -

I'm not so sure. While they have been home, they were dealing with a genuine outbreak on the team. Every day new folks were testing positive. The stress on the family lives of hoping you didn't bring it home to your wife and kids. Having the NFL and NFLPA up in your stuff. Not being able to practice. I think what Tennessee has had to overcome is far worse than the inconvenience NE* experienced by having their game delayed 1 day. I'm for sure not minimizing what NE* had to deal with; I'm curious what your thoughts are on why Tennessee has had it easier? -

There were two links posted somewhere in here this week from the Jets and Dolphins board. I took the time to read both. Other fan bases are seeing what we are seeing. 2020 is turning into the greatest reclamation of an image I have ever seen. From the talking heads to the fan bases, everyone is acknowledging that Josh and the Buffalo Bills are the real deal. Romo, Cowherd, Simms, Florio, GMFB, King, etc., are all rolling with the Bills. It's nice to see. I had season tickets from 90-94 (I lived in NJ at the time and drove in for every home game). By 91, we had lost the PTSD of the 0-for-the 70s against Miami. I was in the stands each time the goal posts were pulled down (Knox beating Miami and then again beating the NYJ for the AFCE). We went into every home game believing the Bills were the team to beat. That feeling is coming back and the folks who watch football all acknowledge this team is well constructed from the top (front office) to the bottom (kicking tee retriever) and has reasonable depth and character. Let's just enjoy the ride. Start to lose that PTSD of last 20 years and roll forward in the belief that there is a genuine emerging superbowl threat in Orchard Park. It might now be this year, but it is now closer than it has been since the Music City Miracle. -

I hear this. My son is at college and his viewing options tend to be 30 seconds behind mine. I have to count to 30 before I text him. Takes a lot of the insta-joy out of the moments. -

And Tennessee is under the microscope. The NFLPA is watching like a hawk and the NFL is ready to pounce with fines. If there was ever a time to err on the side of caution, it is now. -

I think the Titans chaos over the last 10 days is worth +7 points for the Bills in the game. Titans need to overcome those 7 points to win. I felt the same thing about NE* last night. That chaos was worth +7 points to KC. This chart is just stunning.. Go Bills -

I thought the Raiders game could have been the bubble bursting game. If the Raiders won that game, the National Media attention would have dwindled. The MVP talk dies down. From my perspective as a fan, I looked at both @Raiders and @Titans as signature games to determine if the O could continue their torrid pace. That @Raiders game has me firmly in the camp that this is a legit offense and it is sustainable until we meet that homeless dude's team in NE*.. What Belichick did to Mahomes last night with all the stuff NE* had to deal with was flat out impressive. 6 DBs and 3 down linemen gave Mahomes fits. If they can continue to get that push with just three down linemen, that will make it tough for Josh to find his receivers. Bills need a plan for that. A solid rushing attack in that game would be great, but that is playing right into Belichick's plan. He grounded air Mahomes last night and with a little better QB play, would have won that game. -

Thought it would be interesting to look at the Titans V World stats. They have played remarkably even-steven with their opponents so far. The field goals jump right out (we all know they are winning that way at the moment). I sure hope KC decides to run the ball against Buffalo. NE* drops another INT
-
The NE* blueprint against the Bills is going to be a lot of White, Burkhead, Harris, Michel (if healthy) and Edelman. Screens and swing passes
-
Josh would have ran that in.
-
There we go...
-
yeah baby fummmmbbbbblllleeeee
-
Is Edleman playing?
-
He's sees everything that is happening.
-
Wow.. that is lucky...
-
Nah.. His team has cooties..
-
Yeah.. I couldn't change it fast enough. Nice to see the well coached team lay an egg at the end
-
6-3 halftime.. Who would have believed that?
-
I really believe this is the key. You have to disrupt their routes. Their fast, but small. Beat em up.
-
This game is going to get chippy fast..
-
Mahomes just pulled an Allen and fumbled the ball. How is that now a fumble?
-
He got nicked in their last game. Out tonight
