  1. Chan actually drafted Spiller to be the #1, he was dilusional that a little powerless back like him could carry the load. That is why he named him the starter right out of the gate last year, even though he clearly wasn't ready-and still isn't. I seriously doubt that when Spiller's career is over he comes close to the yards rushing that Lynch already has. Who the heck cares if we don't get to see Fred have the year he HAD, the goal for most teams is to win. Notice I emphasized the word "HAD", if we still had Lynch we wouldn't be without a viable running back and 50% of our offense for the rest of the year. And like someone else said, if Lynch was still here, maybe they didn't have to run Fred into the ground because they knew the next RB in line can't block, can't hit the holes at all. I hope Spiller watched the game last night and took some pointers on how not to give up when you have the ball in your hands.
  2. That is why I usually try not to watch the Seahawks unless they are the only game on like last night. I was freaking sick to my stomach watching him running crazy (over the previous 4 weeks he has more yards rushing then any NFL back), while we have to watch Spiller tap dance in the backfield, when we could have extended Lynch and used that #9 pick for a D-Lineman, O-Lineman, Quarterback, anything but a running back when we had two 1,000 yard rushers on the roster already. It is just one of the already several retarded moves that this front office has made in the short time they have been here. Lynch is a beast, and he will be for years, long after Spiller is a full time return man or out of the league-period.
  3. And it is the other 33 that are so dilusional they don't see the terrible product on the field year after year, and are even more dilusional in thinking that Ralph is going to give anything away free because they post on a website that the Bills don't even own.
  4. It is only some of the fans that think Norwood lost the Bills the Superbowl, the players don't. I remember watching it thinking WTF are they doing, why aren't they trying to get closer for the kick, they had plenty of time and were content with just staying in the middle of the field.
  5. It doesn't matter if I was offended or not, I don't have a say in any fines or anything else like that. It takes an awful lot to offend me, over 20 years overseas in the Navy kinda game me thick skin, but I can certainly see how some thin skinned people would get offended though.
  6. I don't think they fine players for things done away from the game. That is what suspensions are for. As far as I know, fines are restricted to what happens during a game. Are you serious?
  7. I have been a Bills fan for way over 40 years, but I have to admit, at least over the past decade plus, even though the Pats tickets are 3 times the amount of the Bills' tickets, they have gotten much more for their dollar, and it isn't even close. You can't lose money in the NFL if you are an owner, with the TV packages and revenue sharing. I do find it funny on here how so many people pick on Cincinnati like they are this terrible franchise, so far below us Buffalo Bills fans. The truth is, the Bungals have been division winners a couple times since we came close to sniffing the playoffs. They are clearly on the upswing now as far as a team, and we seem to be going in the opposite direction.
  8. I would blame it more on the Fitz contract then honoring Norwood.
  9. I would love to see if but from what I have read, players on the IR are not eligible for the Pro Bowl. Gives him some reason to have a monster year next year, and if the Bills don't resign him a good contract somewhere else after next year (if the Bills don't draft another RB in the first round again).
  10. I think he should have been fined even more, and maybe a suspension imposed by the Bills. And I don't think he dropped two passes, the one in the endzone that would have been a sure touchdown is on Fitz with a terrible pass. As much as I think it should be, Gailey's job isn't on the line. He is no different then most of the past 4 or 5 head coaches here, he will be gone after 3 or 4 years on the job and at that point the rebuilding will start all over again.
  11. Some stats are useful, but to determine everything based on stats is ridiculous. If you went by stats alone the Broncos would be 0-6 in Tebows starts, not 5-1. Just one of many examples. It is more then obvious by this picture that he is never going learn from his mistakes. Time to say So Long to the Ocho Stinko Jr.
  12. To answer your question, if you have Sunday Ticket on Directv and the game in your market is blacked out, you cannot watch it on Directv either.
  13. If Edwards goes, the entire defensive staff should go, including Wannstadt, only a fool would think he has no say in anything. Everyone keeps yelling to fired Edwards, and maybe they should, but to put it all on him is stupid. Alot of the blame goes on Gailey-he is the head coach, and was all for the failed effort of converting to a 3-4. With the players on defense right now, Buddy Ryan in his prime couldn't do much better with this defense, especially, with the exception of last weekend, they were on the field for 70% of the game.
  14. As far as the Oiler Wildcard game that didn't sell out, I don't buy that there wasn't enough time to sell the tickets. In fact, that game proves more then ever that if you wanna sell tickets put a winning product on the field, and the truth of the matter is that most people didn't think the Bills had much of a chance to win that game-period. Like you said they were playing without Kelly and Biscuit, and they just got their asses handed to them 6 days earlier by the same Oilers. That team back then was a winner, but even for just one week that the outcome looked bleak, the fans didn't respond. Ralph-put a winner on the field for a damn change and you won't have to worry about games not selling out.
  15. You go ahead and live by stats alone. The Chargers were the #1 offense and #1 defense in 2010 and didn't make the playoffs. Stats are overrated and just something for people that don't really know the game to judge things buy. Evans has been hurt this year, but if you were stretching to prove your point, you would know that has nothing to do with last season.
  16. Do you keep shopping at a store that continually sells you way below average goods? I don't. And as far as people not buying the tickets when the Bills were 5-2, most of those people remember 2008. My guess is you were one of those that bought tickets and are regretting it now and trying to take it out on others that were smart enough not to buy them.
  17. Ralph won't spend the money on the tickets. How can this possible surprise anyone?
  18. That is your idea of the subject, when all that really matters is who the defense considers the #1 receiver and who they put the double team on, and last year it was for the most part Lee Evans, which led to Johnson putting up the numbers he did. Not sure if you have been a Bills fan for more then a year or two, but do you remember the numbers Peerless Price put up as Moulds #2? How did he do in Atlanta as a #1? Exactly. (Yawn)
  19. I guess you missed it when he missed the ball on a kick-off which played big part in the loss against the Jets. That and Lindell is kicking and will probably be back within a week or two.
  20. Annual Joke Losers Worst Owner Disappointing Remember the Early 1990's Were you born yet when the Bills were last in the Playoffs? Cheap Owner Inexpensive and clueless GM Inexpensive Head Coach Bad Drafts Will we ever replace Jim Kelly? Will we ever replace Marv Levy? Will we ever replace Bill Polian/John Butler? Just the Bills being The Bills
  21. Not sure what a "mythical #1" is, but it isn't stats that determine who the number #1 WR on a team is, it is the offense run and who the defense considers the #1, and last year it sure wasn't Johnson.
  22. Or you can take that is covered in dead birds and smells awful and sit next to it on the couch and tell it how great it smells. Same thing, you just ignore the obvious.
  23. I have been listening to WFAN New York (the country's best sports radio) and national radio, and they are killing Stevie Johnson, and deservedly so. Most of them are saying the same thing, and it can't be argued, that if Johnson spent more time after practice catching a couple hundred balls from the JUGS machine, and less time worry about endzone celebrations he might not drop so many balls. You have people on here defending him, but the facts are there, he led the entire NFL in drops per target last season and just has to be towards the top this year. He is a "Me First" player, and probably always will be, he doesn't think about the penalties that are going to hurt the team, which it did on sunday. You can see it when he celebrates, like alot of the garbage ass diva receivers, he has to celebrate himself, not with the teammates that run to the endzone to celebrate, those he ignores. He will never be a top flight #1 receiver, he doesn't have the hands or the skills. He is a more then adequate #2, as shown last year, but if he is insistent on getting paid like a #1, let him walk-good riddance. Some team is going to have to be real desperate to give him what he wants. This team is so far from being a winning team, and it isn't going to start with idiot players that don't give a crap about the team and are more concerned with getting attention on themselves. They need players to put the extra hours in to improve their game, and quit worry about making fun of a player that is having 3 times the season he is having this year.
