  1. Anyone notice Bellicheat scribbling on his notepad at the commercial break. I hate to say this, but he'll be ready for that play the next time. GO BILLS
  2. I can't believe I bought NFL Sunday Ticket for this, again
  3. I'm watching because I want to see what good teams look like.
  4. Watching the game on my laptop sucks -- but so do the Bills. What are the odds that they can beat the Lions next week. My guess is that Dick gets fired after three games -- which will put the Bills at 0-3 and swirling the bowl yet again.
  5. Maybe he got all pumped up because he couln't believe he actually intercepted the ball. Let's see him do it when it counts. When a game is on the line. Until then, it's just a BS move from yet another player who hasn't proven a damn thing on the field.
  6. Speaking of history, I never understood why the Bills canned Wade Phillips. And the Flutie-Johnson "controversy" was a red herring, and I can't believe people criticized Wade for not wearing a headset on the sidelines. He was the last winning coach the Bills have had and that seems like a lifetime ago.
  7. Ralph is standing pat. He's not going to change a thing, because he's sitting on a gold mine and he knows it. When he dies, some businessman with more money than God will buy the Bills (making his heirs even more filthy rich than they are now), move the team to a city with an economy and make money hand over fist. Ticket sales don't count anymore in the NFL. The owners make money on sky boxes and ticket licenese fees and other residuals (think Jerry Jones and Dan Snyder). Buffalo is bleeding jobs and population faster than a hemophiliac in a knife fight. I hate to say it, but the nickel city doesn't stand a chance. You need corporations and high-paying jobs to keep up with the Joneses and the Snyders. As fans of the Bills, we're screwed.
  8. The sad truth is that we're all watching a franchise in its death throes. Ralph is more interested in making a ton of money for his heirs when he dies than in the franchise itself. There a many, many people out there with more money than God and who are willing to buy a moribund franchise, move it to a city with a real economy and plenty of growth potential and turn it into a gold mine. Jerry Jones and Dan Snyder are the future of the NFL (I don't like it, but that's the way things are heading). Doesn't matter how badly Jim Kelley would like to buy the franchise, it will never happen. The Bills are history as soon as Ralph breathes his last. UNLESS the franchise becomes so pathetic that no one would want to touch it. But that's only a pipe dream.
