    I'd rather have the train whistle than a player on the jumbo-tron directly telling me it's third down and that I need to make noise. Stadiums with lesser (disinterested) fan bases really have to work to remind the crowd to participate. In some instances- Miami, Dallas- it's really bad.

    Tomorrow is the first practice since the presumed announcement. Planning for Indy will start in earnest. My prediction? Besides pain, this will leak tomorrow.

    He's definitely getting up there. I grew-up a Bills fan in California in the pre-Internet days. Empire Sports was my lifeline. Fond memories of Koshinski, Wander, Simon, Brinson, Felser etc.
