Does T.O. Really Drop That Many Balls?

I am posting this without doing any research, strictly going off of hearsay. Too lazy to look up the stats. Maybe he just gets so many balls his way, where the drops are more frequent in comparison to other WR's? If someone can find a % of drops for T.O. in regard to passes thrown his way, that would cement the argument.

Not to be a T.O. apologist, but if you look at which receivers have the most drops, they're usually some of the top guys at that position. It's just simple math. The more you get thrown to, the higher your drops will be. I don't think anyone would argue that Braylon Edwards is a really good receiver, but he had a lot of drops last year if I remember correctly.

Here are some numbers to chew on ...

He dropped 11.5 percent of his catchable passes, which would be four percent higher than last year's team average. All of the receivers are listed.

Wow! Reed never dropped a single pass!! No wonder he was TE's clutch guy.

For context, here are the links to all four AFC East teams and their drops:
