Second, a guy who fielded one of the worst defensive units in the NFL last year got a job as DC!? What!? I guess we're not the only team who rewards incompetence after all. Yay. Either Morris will run it himself, or it'll just be us and the Vikings next year. According to WDAE today, Bates will install his own Defense. Also Bates was not the DC in Denver last year, & it was not his defense they ran. He is expected to install an agressive attacking defense.
