Bill from NYC Posted November 16, 2008 Share Posted November 16, 2008 It seems pretty clear at this point that the battle is being lost in the trenches, and some of the measures they took when they first got here (Fowler, McCargo, re-signing Kelsay) haven't gotten the job done...so you'd think they'd be ready to go back to the drawing board and try once more to fix the lines. OK BBB but was the above clear in April 08? Was it clear in April of 06? Jauron and Levy focused on defensive backs because this is what they do. New England , with Seymour, Mankins, Light, Wilfork, etc. has been kicking our ass for years, and we counter by rebuilding the secondary. I guess it comes down to whether or not one believes that Jauron will ever have the interest and/or the capability of fixing a problem which has been staring us in the face for well over a decade.
