Get the Ravens 1st and 3rd rounders, give them our 2nd, 4th and McGahee and get Turner with the Ravens picks at the end of each round. Then the Bills still have their 1st and 3rd to get a LB and DT. So you'd be also switching the Ravens 3rd with Bills 4th (instead of obtaining the Ravens 4th)? That's around 190 points which is in the same ball park. I'm just wary of Turner's contract demands. He's not in a situation where he can be picky with the compensation San Diego is demanding.
