The County Sherriff (Eugene V. Coon - great guy - he went on TV when big steel went down in the '80's and refused to execute sherriff's sales of foreclosed homes, telling the banks that they made tons of $$$ off of people for a hundred years and to stop stabbing them in the neck), put up bunches of patrols after a Steeler's game and bagged bunches and bunches, including some big shots.
