Since that's the case, and since we're talking about the Buffalo Bills, it makes sense to hire guys named Bill instead of Mike. Look at the track record: Guys we hired named Mike Mike Shepherd Mike Mularkey Coaches and GMs named Bill Bill Parcells Bill Belichick Bill Cowher Bill Polian You can't go wrong with any of them.
