LabattBlue Posted September 20, 2004 Share Posted September 20, 2004 -Run defense was really good! -The Bills threw long twice and what do you know...TWO GOOD THINGS HAPPENED. One pass was caught and on the other one there was a pass interference penalty. -Drew showed he can roll out....even though he got creamed on the play. -By scoring in the last minute the Bills won with the points. I believe the line was 3-1/2. -I don't have any Bills on my fantasy football teams. -the weather looked absolutely great in Oakland yesterday. -No bad shotgun snaps! -We have two weeks instead of one to finish "fixing" DB! -We stopped Jerry Rice's streak!!! -Lines for tickets are going to be much shorter during the next two weeks! It was in the 60s Saturday and Sunday The area had no rain from April until yesterday. I awoke to rain and it poured at about 9 AM. There was flooding on the interstate several miles south of the stadium. It sprinkled at about 10 and then cleared up. There were gusts, one of which blew Mooreman's punt short. it took a 90 degree turn in the air. I think the reason Henry was slipping was that they had the cleats they expected for a dry field on the shoes and didn't change them until later. During they game they actually got a downburst (several inches) of rain in Sacramento, 90 miles away and the Capitol neighborhood was flooded.
