Yup, but they need to use those same skills much more in the passing and running game.  He offers a unique talent--built like a bowling ball, and can both run and catch very well.  We should all have known from watching him in the past that he can outrun a defense and catch whatever comes his way.

 

Been calling for more of Davis and Johnson, running and catching, since early last season.

 

This needs to happen for the Bills to take the next step.

One thing they are doing is putting Gilliam back deep with Davis and using him as a lead blocker…

This has been a revelation to me...  I didn't think Davis had the speed, decisiveness, or explosiveness to be a good returner.  I'm glad to have been very, very wrong.  

If you watch his college highlights, you would probably think otherwise! He was a home-run hitter, not unlike CJ Spiller.

He has a really good coach in Tabor. What an amazing addition he has been to this team. It's fun to watch him on the sideline. He sat out on the couch all last year. I'll never understand this league.
