Well, I don't know who his replacement would be, but I agree very much with the observation. The defense does look uninspired. And, for that matter, so does the offense.

Brady has been unimpressive... babich on the other hand is simply incapable and incompetent... he should have been let go last year...  they need a new defensive mind in here...

Is the failure of the defense on the DC, or the severe lack of talent on that side of the ball?

How many DCs would excel with this corp?  i don't know..

Oh to me there is plenty of blame to go around... the answer to me is the talent level need to be better.. (Beane/McD), the defense needs to be updated (McD/Babich)... the execution, fundamentals, and basic housekeeping like lining up the right way on the 1st play of the game after you sh$t the bed in penalties the prior week and over all discpline, tackling, etc...  Babich/players

It's "selfish" for him to be playing for the team that paid him a contract and continues to start him?

We have nothing else at #2 CB. What exactly is your plan if he doesn't play? Dorian Strong is injured, Maxwell Hairston is injured, and Ja'Marcus Ingram looked WORSE when he was in.

Tre White left us as a beloved All-Pro defensive back who got hit with two brutal injuries.

Now, he’s back. And he’s unplayable. I’d argue he’s unrosterable.

He is constantly 15 yards away from receivers. He takes horrific penalties because he can’t keep up anymore with offenses.

I can’t recall the last big play he’s made for us.

White needs to retire for the good of his legacy. It’s such a shame to watch. I’d argue it’s borderline selfish for him to keep going like this.

Boy.

and I thought your PPP threads were bad.
