I don't see the Chiefs beating the Ravens, and probably not the Lions either.   That's 3 or 4 losses.   The Chargers look like legit division contenders, and the Broncos certainly a possibility.  It's going to be hard for KC to win their division if they lose 2 more games before they play the Bills.

I don’t see them losing to both Baltimore and Detroit, especially at home. They’re going to split that at least.

Spags get the most out of his guys in the biggest moments.  I've said it before and hopefully wont have to say it again

Great DC. Horrific as a HC.

in his first 6 seasons mahomes had 5 very good/great or all timer type seasons, and his "off" one was still a career year for most nfl qbs.

in his past two seasons he had a superbowl win, and a super bowl loss, but his production has fallen off a cliff.  his best games, by far, came against a lay down bills d in the playoffs, so he's not close to shot yet, but the trend is clear.

so far this year he's had a lack of talent around him and has lost two games to really good defenses, but he plainly doesn't look like he did 3 or 5 or 7 or whatever years ago.

i think we've seen his best and his worst is yet to come.

I hope the Chiefs can beat the Ravens when they play. I view Baltimore as the Bills biggest threat in the AFC.

Media pundits are having a tough time handling the Chiefs not being dominant, or Mahomes not being the top QB.

It wasn't that long ago that conversations concerning the top QBs were centered around "who's the second best QB in the league..." because it was a given that Mahomes was the best. And pundits are finding it hard to get away from the narrative of, "Chiefs are the head of the class of the AFC until proven otherwise..."

When the Chiefs lost to Philly in the Super Bowl, I couldn't believe what I was seeing. The Chiefs looked pedestrian. To my eyes, they've looked like the same team in the first two weeks of this season.
