As an out-of-towner, I just discovered that these are available via Youtube.  Used to "record" them every week in WNY.  I usually skip anything with Maddy Glab ("Sportsology") but like the coach's segments, Eric Wood's analysis of the prior game, mic'd up...

I miss Coffe with the Coach where they would awkwardly hold coffee cups on a green screen set that was a mash-up of the bridge of the enterprise and an astroturf playground
