Matt Parrino sensationalized his caption on that tweet.  
 

He didn’t say that specifically about Bishop, it was a generalization after he said “I’m concerned about a lot of things coming off of tonight”… THEN Parrino asked the question about Cole Bishop.
 

McDermott went on to explain he’s been on a rep count, and needs more reps, because that’s how you work out some of these things.
