For sure, but we aren't talking about a factory where you turn up another line in 90 days.  Breeding and raise the cattle isn't a short process, we are talking upwards of 2.5 years before there is a real difference.  

 

Edit: by bad I mean short term pain.  Ultimately it will be good for beef producers that haven't really made money in years.
