BillsPride12 Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago I know I'm late to the funeral on this one as I've been out of town all week but was super sad when I heard about this. Norm is such an iconic sitcom character and George Wendt played the role so well. Then of course you have his SNL stuff with the super fans. I have also heard many stories about how he was very similar to the Norm character in real life. Definitely a guy you would want to hang out and have a few beers with. Like another poster mentioned, I also went back and rewatched Cheers from start to finish during the Covid shutdowns so even though the show ended over 30 years ago this still feels like a fresh one to me. RIP to a good one I hope they serve 🍺in heaven Quote
