Shutting down the game wreckers

Yeah, my favorite example of them scheming against a pass rusher was a couple years ago in the Daboll era when they eliminated Judon's impact.  Early in the game they chipped him with the TE and had Josh run wide.  Josh had some huge runs that way so later in the game Judon would take a couple steps backwards at the snap.  Love when Josh and scheme can get a pass rusher moving backward and taking himself out of the play.  On Sunday, they would run away from Parsons but he was very aware of Josh...had to worry about rushing him or chasing him if he ran...while the play was sweeping to the other side.  You're right...Josh plus scheme, and it's something that was largely missing with Dorsey.

Yeah that was a good one.   Judon was tearing it up and it was particularly satisfying because Allen had played against him in his first career game being routed in the opener against Baltimore and Judon was literally trying to injure him with cheap shots.

Aaron Donald in the opener last season was a good one too.   They devised a great quick passing game that day and neutralized him despite the atrocious Rodger Saffold being at one of the guard spots.   That was probably the best player they've rendered unimpactful in this Josh Allen era.

Torrence was an absolute steal where we got him and Brown is finally 100% this is the best oline in decades.

Mostly agree, but seems to come and go. I thought our O Line was manhandled for a lot of the Chiefs game. Josh was under duress all game. We’ve had some games like that.
And then others where our O-Line is a fortress.

Two of the other dominant OLines - Eagles and Lions - can say the same. It’s just a week to week matchup league, no OLine is a complete wall game after game.
