chongli Posted October 9, 2023 Author Posted October 9, 2023 (edited) 13 minutes ago, RiotAct said: lol @ CBS’s A-team drawing NE-LV.  Agreed! Neither NE or LV are great teams, but they have big markets and followings, whereas the others, not so much. Edited October 9, 2023 by chongli Quote

chongli Posted October 9, 2023 Author Posted October 9, 2023 (edited) A few notes:  1. It is unusual for FOX's A team (Burkhardt and Olsen) to be doing SF-CLE. They were supposed to do the late game of PHL-NYJ, but got moved for two reasons:  a. The Rodgers injury. b. They needed Burkhardt in a 1 PM slot so he would have enough time to fly to cover the MLB game later that night.  2. In addition to my comments above to @RiotAct abiut market size, CBS's A team (Nantz and Romo) is getting NE-LV because this is a dry run for them to be doing the SB this season in that same stadium. Otherwise, they would be doing SEA-CLE, which will have a bigger distribution and which probably would have been flexed to the late slot otherwise.   Edited October 9, 2023 by chongli Quote
BuffaloBaumer Posted October 9, 2023 Posted October 9, 2023 Man, I have zero interest in this game. Please take it out of the night spot. 1 Quote
chongli Posted October 9, 2023 Author Posted October 9, 2023 (edited) Scott Van Pelt will not host Monday Night Countdown on ESPN since he list his voice. Instead, Joe Buck and his wife, Michelle, will host it: Â Â Edited October 9, 2023 by chongli Quote
