ME TOO!!! GET ER DUNNNNN TD!!!! Who cares that he has only kicked with 80%+ accuracy in 1 of 8 NFL seasons. Last year Lindell kicked 85% and got roasted. Hall is a career 73% kicker. Ummmm yeah.

I don't know that Hall is the answer, but Lindell is clearly not. In his case, stats are very deceiving. The coaches know he blows, can't kick from beyond 40, and rarely, if ever, asked him to. It is the quality of the kicks that he missed that has most concerned...

Bring in 50 kickers if we have to. Just choose the best one.

I have an idea.  How about, every kicker that gets cut in the offseason, we bring in for camp and have them all fight for it.

Yeah, let's build our entire offensive philosophy around a damn Kicker, because our coaching staff has no faith in him to kick long field goals evidenced by his horrible 0-2 in 50+ yard attempts in the last 2 YEARS. Both of those 50 yard attemps coming in 2003 . Building a team which gives a Kicker the best chance to succeed is the most moronic thing ever. Lindell desereves to be reamed. We also should bring in free agents to compete with him. Ya sometimes people hear of free agents because they're actually ya know GOOD!!

 

 

1-3 FROM 40-49 0-0 FROM 50 Yards..... Of course you're gonna have a high percentage when over 90% of your fg attempts are from 20-29 and 30-39. Rian Lindell must go at all costs. Edinger has proved he can kick from 50+. Martin Gramatica is known for having a leg. Even John Hall is as well. ANYONE BUT LINDELL!!!!!
