Being $40 million over turns to $40 million under easy. But you need cash rich owners like Pegula. We should all be very grateful. According to this, for 2024 the Bills are at $212M which for this year for cash which puts them significantly under the cap number. That can and will go up but not sure if they will get to the cap number for 2024.
