That said, I'll take KC BB over central Texas, which beats Memphis and then St Louis. Carolina doesn't enter the discussion, but I love it too! I suspect you are the opposite. I live in Florida and I'd say I've been to one, maybe two, places that actually make great pork ribs. Most pork is average. Which is much more important, and on topic, than our meat squabble. 😆 It's very impressive. Yes, the clips we see are curated, and there is a bit of an image marketing machine at work here. (I mean, let's be honest.) But the team vibe simply seems too genuine and real to be entirely a media creation.
