Hope you don’t like French wine, Italian suits, or single-malt Scotch.

Who will think of the Italian tailors? So sad!! Tragic even!

Don’t you think the people availing themselves of Italian haberdashery can absorb a tariff-related increase.

Had to believe you hit submit reply on this one.

Hey man, if you want to pay more money for worse products, be my guest. But don’t force the rest of us to do so.

Let me know the amount of the tariff-related increase on your next Italian suit purchase. That amount is on me.

I think what differentiates me from you is that not only can enjoy it if I so choose, but I can also afford it. The tariff on a bottle of wine is not enough for me to whine about. I’ve got bank!

please keep me posted on what portion I owe for the next Italian suit you purchase.

You’re missing the forest for the trees. The point is, I don’t want to spend a single extra penny on an imported item. That’s some USSR nonsense.

You are the one that highlighted tariff woes with wine and Italian suits as examples. Great work.

The U.S. cannot produce every single thing here.

Yes, two of the most common imports. No kidding. You been to a liquor store lately?

Your goal is clear...

You want American industry to fail...

You have an ideological malfunction where you abhor Americans getting more jobs with a chance at higher pay...

You would prefer that we are run by bureaucrats...

You prefer that we are de-industrialized...

You prefer that MORE US dollars flow over seas instead of recapitalizing domestically...

You prefer an unarmed population...

You only care about child trafficking if you can use it against political enemies...

Have you contacted ANY of your representatives to insist on FULL DISCLOSURE of the Epstein files?

You are a fraud with pathetic anti-American propaganda...

Fortunately...

People who share your ideological handicap have already lost the game...

Wine in 12th place. The unbearably high tariff on a bottle of euro wine will certainly be good for American vintners. You probably think those people are losers though.

American wine is generally worse than European due to a variety of factors so yeah. Why do you think the EU produces 64% of the world’s wine exports?

But even if that were true, why should we be FORCED to buy American. You been reading Stalin lately?

There is no benefit to forcing Americans to only buy American goods.

Free trade agreements benefit the entire world, not just the American consumer.

I want access to the world’s markets and I refuse to pay more just so some schlub in Ohio can stand on an assembly line all day for $40k/year.

Now that you have confirmed my assessment of you...

That you don't care how much the USA gets hollowed out...

That you value money far more than your fellow Americans...

You prefer to replace American wages with American welfare...

You support minimum wage jobs being filled by illegal aliens...

Perhaps you simply hate blue collar workers in general...

I will now put you on ignore...

I would be lying if I said that I'm not disgusted by people with your mentality...

Have a nice day...

I’m a globalist and staunch free trade absolutist. Isolationism in 2025 is pointless and harmful.

Happy to debate.
