The Bills offensive weapons have dropped too many balls for at least 2 seasons and while, yes, some of that is on Josh, a lot of it is on the weapons. I hate Roethlisberger, but he's been pretty precise these past several years. It's just that his drop back and delivery isn't as pretty as the others you mentioned.
