Spun Posted April 14, 2005 Share Posted April 14, 2005 One thing the Chargers were determined to do was to get a quality quarterback. They have one for sure in Brees and possibly a second in Rivers. They are in a position of strength when it comes to dealing off one of the two qbs. The Bolts clearly have their running back and seem to have drafted well especially with their offensive line. Picking up Keenan McCardell worked wonderfully. They could / should have won their playoff game against the Jets. The playoff loss should help them move up even further as the anger of losing something that they easily could have won serves as a motivator. And if they get a guy like Mike Williams?
