bbb Posted February 20, 2018 Share Posted February 20, 2018 My right kneecap has popped out several times and my left knee once - but luckily it popped back in. My physical therapist niece has told me that I have been saying it wrong all these years that I dislocated my knee. I guess it's call sublux or something mine does.
