Don't you think it's roughly-speaking half roster and half coaching? If we had a cloned Jim Kelly handing off to cloned OJ, etc., we'd win a lot of games even with Rex as the head coach. Since the Bills have been an average team these past couple years, in my evaluation I see a somewhat below-average coaching staff being counter-balanced by a somewhat above-average personnel department.
